Here is the beautiful 18 Giselle, this is a very rare doll from Madame Alexander. She is in beautiful condition except she has to be restrung. Her torso has gone away from her hips. I don’t do any of that work anymore because of my arthritis most Doll collectors know how to do it, if not, there are many people out there who repair and restring dolls. She comes in her original box, has her flower bouquet and her tags. Her clothing and hair and everything is beautiful, clean and lovely. Like I said, she just needs to be RESTRUNG.

This is one of the earliest and rarest hard plastic strung toddler dolls by Madame Alexander, made in 1948. I believe the doll was not made again after 1948. Depending on the outfit it came with, it was called either “Precious” or “Lovey Dovey”. In either case, they are rarely found. The doll is about 11 tall with open and close eyes. She is in very good overall condition. All fingers and toes are intact. Eyes open and close properly. Please note the following. She can hold a pose, but is somewhat loosely strung. There are “scuff” marks to face and body, but no cracks. Slight wear to the paint on head, mouth and eyelids. Eyelashes intact with just a few lashes drooping a bit on outer right eye- see last photo. Hard to notice, but mentioned for completeness. I have included many photos and will be happy to send more. Please examine them all carefully. She doesn’t have her original outfit or box. The dress she came with has stains- see photos. No odor and coming from a smoke free environment.

Madame Alexander Cinderella WDWC 1989 LE 250 RARE, High Heeled, MIB. Cinderella was made as a special limited edition exclusive for the 1989 Walt DisneyWorld Showcase of Dolls. This doll is very rare and hard to find. Made in a limited edition of only 250 (one of the smallest Madame Alexander editions you will find), this doll is #207/250. She is a doll with high heeled feet–she is about 9 tall, so close to a Cissette in height. She wears a gown of light blue with flower and bow accents, with sparkles and silver trim. In her hair she wears a crown of flower and silver. She wears a slip with voluminous tulle underskirt, and lace trim, and pantaloons that match the underskirt, plus white hose. Her shoes are silver with “glass” heels. This doll would be equally at home in a Madame Alexander, Disney, or Cinderella collection. Madame Alexander’s Cinderella WDWC comes to you mint and complete in the original box with hand numbered certificate, cardboard insert, pink tissue paper and registration paper (not shown). Box has typical minor shelf wear. This doll was not issued with a wrist tag. There is a black mark on the bottom of one shoe. Her dress is appropriately tagged on the back and includes that the doll was made for WDWC. Good stringing; lovely face color. Eyes must be manually opened and closed (dolls from this era no longer “sleep” on their own). All photos are of the exact doll you will receive. Fantastic Dolls and Toys For Sale!
