Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with jointed vinyl arms. She has red hair with curls that are pined in place and bangs. Blue sleep eyes that open and close with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, the ears are pierced. She has rhinestone drop earrings and a matching necklace. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing a beautiful tagged Cissy dress made of navy taffeta with a full circle skirt and matching bolero jacket, there are some age related flaws and a small repair on the back of the skirt but shows very well. The dress has short puff sleeves of net and seam bindings of black grosgrain, edged with black trim. Is a white cotton hoop skirt petticoat and black taffeta panties The shoes strappy black high heels with rhinestone buckles. The hat is woven with a wide brim, it is. With silk and velvet flowers and has a pale blue open weave veil. She carries a lovely faux fur stole with under tones of blue in the fur and a blue satin lining. Featured here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Binnie Winnie Walker doll dressed as a bride on a saddle stand. She will come to you as dressed, with the saddle stand so that she will be ready to display on arrival. The gown and veil are an early 1950s original American Character bride gown with matching veil. The veil is in amazing condition for its age, with no holes, rips, tears or stains. It has a lace cap with pleated lace around the cap, and it is pinned to her hair with doll bobby pins. She carries a bouquet of resin call lilies handmade from the Orient. She will come to you with the graduated vintage pearl necklace and handmade lace finger gloves, as shown. I have added replacement light tan ankle strap leatherette shoes, with brown stitched leatherette soles. She has a sweet matching vintage cotton slip and cotton panties — both trimmed in soft vintage lace. She stands 24 inches tall and her “walker” mechanism works well, when you move her legs, her head turns from side to side. Her lovely light eye color is enhanced by the beautiful ivory bridal gown and veil. She has her original red lips and light blush on her cheeks. Her hair is the original strawberry blonde wig in its original set with curls and wavy bangs. One leg is slightly lighter in color than the other — see the photo of her legs, with her slip and panties. There are also a couple small holes in her vintage satin gown, but they are hidden under the vintage lace overskirt (see last photo). The lace overskirt features little bows and a scalloped hem, which rises and dips in lovely long points over the satin gown. The dress is edged in the same soft vintage lace as the veil. The bridal cap is lace and trimmed in pleated soft lace; and the cap is pinned to her wig with doll bobby pins. The veil hangs beautifully from the cap and struts out around her as she stands. I have had this doll kept in my SMOKE FREE and PET FREE home in a darkened doll room on display, and she has never been played with. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not move around in transit. Madame Alexander CISSY DOLL 21 Stockings Shoes Teddy Chemise. Absolutely Stunning CISSY by Madame Alexander. This is a RARE original of the very first version of this doll, introduced in 1955. This first version had Cissys hairstyle in straight bangs, which was only available until 1958. Beginning in 1958 and thereafter, Cissy was only available with curly bangs. She comes in her original cream color lace Chemise, which has a small tear in the lace. This should be easily repairable, and I leave that to the purchaser. Cissys black high heels are in good condition, although the elastic is stretched out. This too can be remedied with a stitch taken to tighten the elastic. She also comes with a pair of nylon stockings, which have some soiling in a couple of spots. I have not tried to clean them. Otherwise, they are in excellent condition with no tears, runs, or holes. Cissy herself is in fabulous condition with just a few marks and area of light soiling as shown in the photos. Her limbs Ben as they should and she can hold a pose. She has no cracks, chips, peeling or breaks. She has all of her beautiful lashes. Her coloring is fabulous and her cheeks, hands and even her knees have retained their rosy highlights. Offered here is an exquisite blonde Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll, with working walker mechanism. She stands 18 inches tall and has her ORIGINAL blonde wig in its ORIGINAL set, with tight curls and short bangs. She is dressed in a striped vintage day dress with fitted waist and large self bow at the neckline. This style was very popular in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The dress has cap sleeves and two buttons at the back; the skirt flares nicely. She has a beautiful pair of vintage panties with tiny satin bows and lace trim, and a vintage cotton slip also edged in vintage lace. She wears vintage cream colored satin ankle strap shoes that snap, with vintage nylon ankle socks. She has a lovely vintage cream and black straw bonnet; this hat is trimmed in black grosgrain ribbon and has black grosgrain ties. It features vintage Forget-me-not fabric flowers on each side of her head where the ties attach. It is a beautiful vintage shape, with a slightly squared off brim in the front and fits her head perfectly. I have added a pair of white nylon wristlet gloves, trimmed in lace, and a little brown leatherette suitcase which opens and closes with a snap. She is all ready for a trip to come to your house or for a visit to the big city! This lovely doll has the wistful Binnie Walker face, with rosebud lips, rosy cheeks, open and close eyes, brush lashes and painted brows. She is hard plastic and clearly very durable. There a few line scuffs around her midriff from play or a doll stand — shes came to me this way — but other than this is is superb condition for her age. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not move around in transit. No props in the photos are included — only the dressed doll and her accessories. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE and she has been kept in a darkened doll room on display and never played with. She shows no sign of any sun fading and has no odor. Just FOUND her original white high heel, OSTRICH FEATHER shoes!! THey will be included with her now! Featured here is an adorable Limited Edition (of 500) vintage 2001 Cissy doll by Madame Alexander, Yardley Morning Ritual. This doll is number 484 and her number is inked on her lower back, on her tagged robe, and on the MA pink COA. She comes with her original hand tag as well. I do not have her original box. She is dressed in a sweet pink satin panty and bra set with back seamed pink shining hose, with a white terry cloth robe with belt that has a gold “MA” monogram sewn on the front of the robe.
