Beautiful African American Leslie doll from Madame Alexander. Leslie stands 18 tall and has dark brown hair and brown (almost orange) sleep eyes with lashes. She wears a beautiful light blue tulle gown and has a matching bow in her hair. She has pierced ears with earrings and a pearl necklace. Her undergarments consist of blue underwear and stockings. She has her high heel shoes. Marked Alexander Doll Co. 1965 on the back of the head. This doll is 57 years old and is in good condition. Her blue dress does have some wear and rumpling to it. There is wear to the surface of her earrings. Her elaborate hairdo is fairly intact, though there are stray wisps of hair here and there. Here is a lovely vintage 1950s Madame Alexander dressed blonde Cissette doll. She is wearing her original pink chemise lingerie. She also has pearl earrings & a hair clip in back that are slightly discolored. Her face is very pretty with great coloring & face paint; her blue sleep eyes open & close easily. She has a honey blonde triple-stitched wig pulled back in a bun. Her hard plastic body with bend legs is in good condition, but has darkened in some areas. The chemise has intact snaps in back & ribbon accen. Ts; there is mild wear. There are no obvious odors & this comes from a non-smoking home. Satisfaction guaranteed within 30 days return. VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER CISSY DOLL IN BLACK VELVET, NET GOWN, JEWELRY, SHOES. Up for sale is a vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll in a tagged black velvet and net gown with pink lining. There are some holes in the netting, and some wear spots on the black taffeta underneath. The flaws are minor in my opinion. She may need to be lightly cleaned, but overall, I would say that she is in very nice condition. Her eyes are clear and her lashes are full. She comes with jewelry, hose and shoes! She is 20 tall with a hard plastic body and vinyl sleeved arms. She has Rare brunette hair in a long chignon style with no bangs, still in a hair net. She has Gorgeous blue sleep eyes with full lashes, high color cheeks and red lips. She has blushed hands and knees. She is wearing a tagged gorgeous bridesmaid gown of dotted Swiss tulle over a pink cotton skirt lining and pink satin bodice lining. A square neckline accentuated with Val lace. Beautiful corsage at the waist and tiny violet flowers on the skirt. Hard to Find Fantastic horse hair hat with pink roses and blue violets. Her jewelry includes a faux pearl necklace, rhinestone earrings, ring and bracelet. She also has pink taffeta panties trimmed in lace, seamed stockings and silver strappy sandals. I think the lucite purse is newer, just not sure!! She has 1 small issue: there is some discoloration on her neck probably caused by the necklace. She is a Stunning Early Cissy who will be the Star of any collection. She has no cracks, splits or odors. She needs a new home for the Holidays!! Stunning Vintage Cissy Doll dressed in a gown of yellow slipper satin, and affectionately known as “Yellow-Topaz” by collectors. She has gorgeous coloring and is an early painted doll with a Yardley styled auburn wig that looks lovely with the yellow satin gown. She has nice even color throughout. The arms and head were restrung, and the body has NO splits or cracks. She has been reblushed, and is a truly. Lovely doll with skin tone that compliments her red wig nicely. There is no yellowing to original sealant. Her lips were re-glossed as well. Her blush was resealed, and she has the original velvet patina on her forehead. Her eyes are blue-green. She has all original lashes, and eyebrows. Her eye-shadow was enhanced to even it out, so that both eyes match. She has her beautiful auburn wig with original hair ties and spanner bar, and it is in the original set. The lower curls at the nape of her neck were retied. Her hair is long and full, and has many generous curls. She has her original hooped slip with restitched elastic. She has her original tulle muff with the original floral spray. She has her original necklace, and the silver trim was reinforced where it was fraying from age. The earrings are replacements made from pieces of the originals that were disintegrating. She has her original gold heels with the original elastic. This is a beautiful gown with lots of fabric that displays beautifully. It does have some lighter colored shadow spots, probably from steam or water at some time. There is an age spot on the lower front of the gown, which I have pictured. The gown is tagged and has all the original snaps. The doll is from a smoke-free environment. The doll is free of smoke smells, or other odors. There is no doll stand included. Amazing vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissy, completely original. Includes tagged lilac ball gown with streaming flowers to match the flowers in her sandy blonde hair. Hair retains original set, though a bit flat in the back. Cissy also has her original nylons, white satin high heeled shoes, panties and petticoat. She also has her original jeweled ring and lilac and pearl necklace. Also has one pearl earring, the other earring is missing just the pearl. Green eyes, nice coloring and some lashes missing on left eye. There are a few small tears/holes in the netting of her gown.
