If you are looking at this listing you know MUCH MUCH more about this doll than I do. Researching I found that she is SUPER RARE and that she is CIssy 1955 #2098 With a Gold (yellow) Tafeta dress with Cape. She DOES NOT have her original box. Overall for her age, I think she’s in pretty good condition. Looks like she may have been a childs toy? She is missing the hoop on her right earring. The elastic in most places like on the waist of the slip is worn out. Her shoes are having issues with the straps…. I don’t even want to try to put them on her. Her clothes are mussed and have a few spots on them here or there, that in my personal opinion would be easy to clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get. This is a fabulous strung 1953 first year Madame Alexander-kins Doll. She is in beautiful minty condition with original blonde wig in original set, excellent high face coloring with brown brows, medium blue green eyes that open and close freely, black under lashes, bright pink cheeks with no scuffs or touch-ups and bright red lips. Her body is in excellent tightly strung condition. Alex is wearing her tagged Alice dress, organdy pinafore, Alex undies, excellent fuzzy bottom shoes with rayon socks. Dress is in excellent clean condition. Great 1953 Alex-kins which dont come around often with this wonderful coloring. Hair bow has been replaced. Comes from a smoke free home.
