We offer for your consideration a gently displayed, vintage 1959, I believe, Cissy doll wearing her stunning tagged Cissy velvet gown. Her face is lovely and even tone with highly blushed cheeks. Her lips are full and unfaded. Her molded eyelashes are intact and undamaged. Her eyebrows are nice and distinct. Her hair is very close to the original style with full curls of a thick and full wig with no thinning areas. Her long dangling rhinestone earrings are intact and really highlight her timeless classic face. The earrings left no sign of green in her ears. You can see that she was well preserved and treated like a queen. She is from a pet and smoke free home. Her unclouded eyes are bright, engaging, and she is mostly intact. Her coloring on her face, torso, and limbs are even in color and very displayable. Her two tone eyes are exquisite and framed by totally intact molded eyelashes and lower painted lashes. Her skin tone is light and even throughout all of her face, the torso, her arms, and legs. I can see she is mostly free of splits or cracks in her plastic legs, knees, and hips, and thighs. In the last photo you will see a small split in the seam of her thigh right above the side of her knee. Her arms are the type of arms used on the 1959 Cissy mold. Unfortunately, I need to send you a photo of her index pointer finger has a slight and unnoticeable cut on the left hand. I will be able to send you a photo, you will not be able to see an issue, but at least you will see her finger still appears very displayable. Her hands could possibly use a gentle cleaning. This doll is one of hundreds of dolls we bought from an adult lady collector downsizing her estate. Please note, she is as close to very displayable as you can find for a 65 year-old doll. You can see that her velvet formal gown is in incredible and very displayable condition. It is free of snags, holes, or thinning. The rhinestone brooch is nicely attached to the mid-bodice of her dress. The four snap buttons are well attached. The tag is still nice, bright, and bold. Her stole is bright, full, and shows no thinning areas. Her hat is full, white, and beautiful. Her entire outfit is free of odors, issues, or signs of discoloration. Her pantyhose are intact and undamaged. Her bright white gloves appear factory fresh, or close to it, the bright white is incredible paired with the deep velvet color of her dress. The rhinestone studded heels and both of her shoes are close to factory fresh with very stretchy elastic straps. The crisp slip is still bright, very clean, and still has a stretchy elastic waist. The panties appear still bright with stretchy waist. Her original hat box is very bright and displayable with no issues or damage. She was only rarely removed from her showcase by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. Her head poses nicely, and it has a very stable connection. Her arms are very poseable. Her legs are well connected. Her dress shows no noticeable signs of age related discoloration; it is incredibly rare and beautiful. I do not see any obvious thinning areas of velvet. She shows no damage, chews, stains, marks, or splits. I assure you she is complete and whole. We are consigning hundreds of similar dolls for this owner. We offer for your consideration a gently displayed 1958 vintage Madame Alexander 20 complete hard plastic vinyl strung Kelly doll. She is lovely for display and is still nicely strung. You may want to have her restrung eventually. You can see she was able to stand with assistance of a doll stand, which we will not include. Her arms do not hold a pose. Her legs are loose. She can hold her head without drooping. She displays nicely in her custom made, original, and tagged blue dress. Her dress and panties are bright and attractive clothes with well attached buttons on the dress. You can see her panties snap at the waist, and they show no wear, discoloration, or age. Her original socks are bright and white, but you can see somehow her socks are now mismatched. Her original black soft velvet Mary Jane shoes fit her well, and they are totally intact. She was only rarely removed from her showcase by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. She is free of any odors, issues, or blemishes. Her honey color hair is still tied back in a replacement bow with a lovely style. Her hair is full with no missing plugs. Her face is an even color with a bright and even blush. Her sleep eyes open and close easily; they are unclouded with totally intact eyelashes. She shows no noticeable age or discoloration. The original adult owner enjoyed dressing and undressing the dolls in her collection. We left her as is to preserve her in the original found condition. She shows nothing detracting from her displayable condition. Her waist twists beautifully. Her coloration is much more bright and blushed than she appears in her photos. She is complete with no chews, splits, or obvious damage. She does not have any open seams or major noticeable detracting negatives. Her hair is uncut and close to the original style. We listed two other Edith/ Kelly/ Marybel face dolls this week from the same collection. She is truly one of a kind in her condition. Her face is colored exactly the same as her limbs. Her lips and cheeks are highly blushed. Her lips are full and pink. This doll is one of hundreds of dolls from an adult lady collector. She is moving and downsizing her vast doll collection. Many of the these dolls are from the 1920s through the 1960s; they may show some minor age for their age because they are between 100 and 60 years of age. Many of these were from the original owner’s collection of displayed, but not played with, dolls. Some of the older dolls were from her mother’s collection. Please read entire description Up for your consideration is The Opera coat and dress outfit(I believe it’s from 1956-58) For the 21 Madame Alex. The dress is lovely, bright and crisp dark Aqua satin , it’s tagged and in excellent to n. Mint condition, no damage that I can find, there is a tiny area that looks a little yellowed by the top of the right chest dart, but very faint, and hard to notice… Full skirt, no broken stitches, 4 snaps all good and working, crisp tag. It’s lined with a very fine aqua sheer cotton.. The coat is in good displayable shape, but not mint(see photos), no rips, but there is a stain(bow at collar covers it) and a few sprinkles of tiny stains under the right sleeve area on the side of the coat. The coat overall needs pressing or steaming, there is a silver decoration around the cuffs of the coat.. The shoes are tlc, and need new elastic and repair, there’s one stocking that’s been repaired.. From a non-smoking, pet-free home.. Please ask questions, I’m happy to answer.. Here is a very pretty 18 Scarlett O’hara. She is all original. The only thing I’m not sure about is her socks. She has all hair (human hair). All eyelashes appear to be there but some look a little shorter than others (mainly on the outside and inside corners). Her stringing is good. Both eyes are crystallized. She has extremely light crazing on her face only. She is marked MME ALEXANDER on back of head. Eyes open and close as they should. There is a small crack on the bottom of her right buttock and a little paint chip on her left shoulder. Her right shoe is missing its sole. Her dress is tagged. I dont see any holes. Stunning 1954 Madame Alexander 20 HP & Vinyl Cissy Doll in HTF Tagged Evening Gown. She is marked “Alexander” on the back of her head. She has a blonde wig in original set, blue glass sleep eyes with full upper lashes, a closed mouth and blushing cheeks. Her facial coloring is excellent. She is jointed at neck, shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. The stringing is fine, she can still hold a pose. There are no cracks or split seams and all of her fingers and toes are intact. She wears her “Cissy” tagged blue heavy slipper satin cap sleeve evening gown with silver braid and sapphire accents, a bandeau of flowers and rhinestones, a nylon & net slip with matching underpants, stockings and heels. The outfit is in excellent condition but does have a tiny tear near the bottom of the “V”on the back of her dress(hard to see, look at last picture). She is missing her ostrich feather fan.
