For your consideration is this amazing 1958 Alexander Elise doll typically known as Junior League. She is an excellent condition, the only issues I see are that her shoes elastic has completely stretched out and the ribbon around her coat has left a couple of pink marks around the collar and a tiny bit in the front of the coat. She could also use a good steaming on her dress and coat but I will leave that up to the new owner. Her hair is still in its original hair style and she has lovely, beautiful coloring. She has beautiful blue eyes and all of her eyelashes. She has her furry hat with little purple flowers on top! She really is for the true Elise collector. I believe this doll is very hard to find especially in this condition. Now the box is another story it is in pieces – I didnt take pictures of it because it is a mess somebody will have to put it together with tape if they want the box. This doll has always been gently displayed and kept out of sunlight. She is part of my personal collection and comes from a smoke free home and has no odors. This is a 20 Madame Alexander Cissy doll from 1956. She was the last doll I received in my childhood. She comes with her box which has some damage, but the label on end is perfect. Cissy is #2012 with bright blue taffeta dress, white pillbox hat & white gloves, which have a tiny slit on each one. She has a bra & girdle plus her original white panties & half slip. Her stockings are original. Her original shoes in black & turquoise, which are included, have stretched elastic, so I have given her a new pair of black heels. Cissy also has her original pearl necklace & bracelet. Her garters have stretched elastic. A few of her lashes were missing, so I glued some new ones over original lashes. Her hair is in original set. Cissy also has a faux mink stole which is not original. No splits or cracks. She holds a pose well, & walking mechanism works well. I have mainly displayed her in different outfits, with her original clothes being packed away. It’s time for someone else to enjoy my Cissy. Please check out my other doll auctions. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Bent knee Cissette Doll. #900 in original box with Cissette Brochure. In my opinion I would say she is as close to unplayed with/mint as you are likely to find. She has obviously been well cared for. That said, let me introduce you to. She is dressed in a tagged lace Chemise, Stockings and High Heels. I measured her height to be 9 1/2 top of her head to the bottom of her heals. Her auburn hair is in the original style with curls and attached pink bow. Her face is beautiful with exceptional coloring and blue eyes. Lace chemise is in excellent condition free of tears or stains with crispy unfrayed tag. Her stockings are free of any damage as are her plastic silver high heels. Her body is clean and undamaged with original coloring (no fading). Her stringing is tight and will hold position when posed. All the elastic on chemise and high heels is unstretched. Her box is in excellent condition free of any broken corners, or marks. The box even has some of the original pink tissue paper lining, included is the original cardboard neck brace. This doll is ready to be prominately displayed in any serious collector’s collection. I have included the maxium number of pictures so be sure to look through them all to see how gorgeous she truely is.
