Madame Alexander Cissy doll vintage bride 20 Inch in display case. She has original tag shown in last picture. She has no marks and was just on display at museum. We believe shes from 1960. She has never been displayed without the case. Includes beautiful satin wedding gown and accessories. Accessories include shoes, bouquet, ring, necklace, and veil. Madame Alexander’s Cissette. One of the most beautiful Cissette’s I have ever seen! This rare Cissette and her outfit are both in pristine condition in the original box. Outfit #731 is tagged and complete. Her stringing is tight and she poses beautifully. Her blond hair is in its original style which is a flip hair-do. She has beautiful facial coloring. She wears her gorgeous blue lace dress which is crisp and unplayed with. The blue color looks new and has not faded to purple as is the case with most of these dresses. There are no marks, holes, tears, stains, fading or odors of any kind. Her blue hat is adorned with full, uncrushed flowers in original colors surrounded with blue tulle netting. The elastic on her gold shoes has not relaxed. Cissette’s crinoline and underwear are also mint with elastic that has not relaxed. She wears her original pearl drop earrings. This rare doll comes in her original box. Cissette comes from a clean, non-smoking and odor-free home. This is THE DOLL for serious collectors. Featured here is a lovely blonde Madame Alexander Portrait doll dressed in the Collectors United Convention Doll Bridal outfit, Forever Yours. The doll has full blonde hair and a pink complexion, pink cheeks, pink lips and painted fingernails. The Bride dress is pink and white and features a pink an white striped underskirt and very full cotton and tulle slip trimmed in pink ribbon and white patterned lace. The pantaloons have the same matching lace and pink ribbon. She wears white filmy stockings beneath her pantaloons and has white velvet boots with laced high tops on her feet. The dress features a lovely vintage square collar with pink trim, accented with a pearl stud. The dress features a white striped, scalloped over skirt trimmed in lace with long lapel like pieces that extend from the waist down over the skirt and feature the same pearl studs as is on the collar. Beneath is a very full pink and white striped circular skirt that snaps at the waist in back. It is separate from the dress. The dress has a wide white satin ribbon sewn to the waistline that ties at the back. The hat is a lovely, fussy bandeau in pink and white striped fabric, the same as the underskirt, with white satin ribbons and trim to match the dress, and pink and white roses with fussy tulle accents all way round the hat. Its elastics hold it on her head. This doll came to me with the green hair ribbon which I left in place under the hat, as it went well with the green leaves on the flowers on the bandeau. The flowers on the hat are one one large white satin rose and two beautiful tightly wrapped pink paper rosettes. In one hand, she carries a pink draw-string purse, with white satin bow and long white ribbon ties and a lovely long white silk tassel. In the other, she carries a bouquet of vintage flowers (MADE in JAPAN) — of vintage wired white blossoms, buds, green leaves and one large, central white rose. The bouquet is tied to her wrist with pink floral ribbon. This doll will come with a strand of choker length white pearls around her neck. These and the bouquet I added to her original outfit. This doll is tightly strung and holds poses well. She does not have a twist waist and she does HAVE FLEX KNEES but not flex elbows. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not get crushed or move around in transit. No props in the photos are included in this listing — only the dressed doll with her accessories. The doll stand is not included. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. GORGEOUS DOLL-she does have some minor flaws-some very light marks on her face-its really hard to see so i toke her out in the daylight to picture.. One earring right side other side has the earring broke off in it…. Scuff on butt-may be other minor flaws I missed but I did look her over-no cracks…. With hose and plastic shoes.. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms. She has a beautiful face with full lashes, cheek color. Brows, clear eyes, underlashes and full red mouth. Face has a matte finish and most likely has been to a spa. Her hair is brunette, pulled back on each side and pulled to the back and is tied with a lilac ribbon. She has 3 rhinestone jewels accenting her hair. Her dress is made of lilac taffeta and is fully lined with organdy. This a copy of a Cissy dress, usually found in red. It was made by a very talented seamstress on E-Bay. Under the dress is a long white slip with long net trim. She is wearing tight new nylons and silver Cissy shoes. She also has a rhinestone bag and bracelet. Her head is a little loose, but holds a pose with no problem. Doll has no other problems and is ready to display. Heres a darling Madame Alexander doll wearing a tagged Alexander Kins outfit from 1955 “Wendy Loves Her Cardigan” #467. This outfit is in good condition but it does have some holes from age and storage and has not been laundered. The outfit consists of a beautiful pink dress with darling pleated skirt and a nicely white bodice. The outfit is topped with darling cardigan with pink and white floral appliqué trim that does have a few holes. In the pamphlet it says this outfit came with a pixie cap this is missing. She comes in her original box with pamphlet. Which are in very good condition. She has been in storage for awhile. She has not been cleaned and her legs seem a little loose. Probably needs to be restrung. I do not know how to properly clean the doll and clothes without ruining them so I will leave this to the new owner. What a darling little doll to add to your collection. This is vintage and preowned so is not perfect and may show signs of wear and tear from age & storage. Please view all photos. Vintage 1937 Madame Alexander Princess Elizabeth. This lovely doll was cherished by me for many years & well cared for. She has tin eyes, human hair eyelashes & human hair wig. She is jointed at the neck, shoulders & hips & is tightly strung. She has absolutely No Crazing! She has never been retouched or repaired. She still wears her original hair ribbons, onesie, tagged apron, socks & oilcloth shoes. I have added a vintage hat from that time period. She does show some wear at her joints from posing. There is a tiny nick to her right pink (tiny part of pinky nail was chipped). Hard to find this beautiful doll in this condition! SMOKE & PET-FREE HOME (no odors). What a find this set is complete with all accessories! The father even has his little cigar. Please note the front corner of the box has a tear. These dolls came from an adult collector.
