She has lovely bright facial painting with rosy cheeks, full lips, and nice brown eyelashes and brows. Her body is free of stains or cracks and she has a lovely even skin tone. She is tightly strung and can stand freely without a stand. She comes wearing organdy bloomers that in in very good condition. All together she is such a beautiful doll that will stand out in any outfit your dress her in. 1957 Cissy Doll in Original Outfit “Bon Voyage”. 1957 Madame Alexander Cissy Doll in Original Outfit Bon Voyage really amazing condition for this old of a doll. Blue cotton flared skirt with inverted pleats; blue and white striped tailored shirt with three quarter sleeves with cuffs; white straw open-crown cloche hat; chatelaine watch on chain attached to skirt; cancan slip; elastic-strap sandals. 20 tall clothing is in excellent condition original box has wear and tear not bad but not perfect.. Body is in very good condition the back of her legs have some blue that somehow must have leached out of the skirt onto her legs and slight pink marks under her arm pits a slight pink ring around her waist from the pink elastic on the slip mentioned for complete accuracy.. Her hair is as pictured.. See photos for details She is a beautiful doll… I rate 8 out of 10 due to the skin marks pictured that can be removed by a professional if desired as they are all hidden when she is dressed. This is a Beautiful doll her face is so pretty. Cissy is wearing her wedding gown and veil. She has her original shoes, stockings, undies, pearl ear rings, pearl necklace and wedding ring. Cissy’s head is lose but good, her hair is sort of flat from laying down, her necklace needs a new clasp. I think Cissy is very pretty and elegant. She was well loved by a lady that was young of heart and mind. This lady had received her as a young girl and loved her dolls. Cissy will give you joy and love and she will enjoy all the Tender Loving Care you wish to give her. She will make a wonderful Christmas present. This is a One Owner Cissy and she was never played with. Cissy is 20 tall, made of hard plastic except for her arms which are vinyl and she is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. She has beautiful light blonde hair that is a little mushed in the back from laying down for 61 years. She is wearing a tagged black lace chemise with rhinestones and flowers, seamed stockings and mules with flowers. Her hands and knees are blushed and her beautiful blue eyes are clear with full lashes. She has perfect rosy cheeks and red lips. She is a first year Cissy from 1955. She does come in her original box which is marked Cissy, 2100, blonde and blue. The box is not in great shape, however it is original and did keep her safe for 61 years.
