What a GORGEOUS doll! Produced in 1948 & 1949, this beautiful & rare 15 Rosamund variation is rare. I’ve had her in my personal collection for many years, and I was lucky enough to acquire her from the original owner, well protected in her original box! Her lovely tagged costume is in outstanding condition, with only a few tiny breaks in the tulle skirt of the gown. I don’t think I could locate them again if I tried! The pale pink satin bodice is trimmed in ruffled pink tulle, which matches both the gathered straps and the full skirt. There are two layers of tulle in the skirt, the outermost & longest trimmed in pink satin ribbon and decorated with three scattered light pink cabbage roses. The innermost skirt layer is a very lightweight light pink taffeta. Her panties match the underskirt, and close at the back with one square snap. The gown also closes as the back with two square snaps. The original rose & velvet forget-me-not bouquet at the waist is complimented with light blue ribbon, a tiny velvet forget-me-not attached to the bottom of each streamer. Maggie’s headpiece, in perfect condition, is composed of stiff green woven straw. Rosebud trim is fastened. Across the middle, and light pink roses and green leaves decorate each side. She wears her original hosiery & satin center-snap shoes. This is an exquisite doll, with flawless features and all original coloring. Her blonde wig hangs in pretty curls dusting her shoulders, and she has clear blue eyes with full lashes. Maggie has no splits, cracks or odors. Her original box is in fair condition, with some old “tape mending, ” and some pieces torn from the lip of the box lid. NMIB, she doesn’t come along often. DON’T LET HER GET AWAY. This is a beautiful early 1960′s near mint in box Madame Alexander-kins Doll. She is BKW Kins which means she is a bent knee walker. She is in super excellent condition with original blonde wig with original set, bright coloring with brown brows, blue green eyes that that open and close freely, black under lashes, bright pink cheeks and coral lips. Her body is tightly strung with arms that will hold a pose and walker works. Tagged Dress and undies are taffeta with lace. Outfit is in excellent clean condition and all set to display. She comes with her original hang tags and excellent Wendy-kins super excellent box. Smoke free home and Thanks for your Interest. Note: I have replaced her undies as her original pair have a tiny hole in the back but she will come with both. Also, as was very common back in the 50′s and 60′s her box label is checked dress blue and hair auburn. But outside of that the doll has never been play with and is in minty condition. NMIB Madame Alexander Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland Alice Liddell 10 Doll #69940. This elegant doll is brand new from smoke-free store inventory and mint in original box. Featured photos are of actual doll for sale. Alice Pleasance Liddell was the inspiration for the classic fairy tale, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Lewis Carroll first told the story of Alice’s adventures to the three Liddell sisters at a river picnic. Upon Alice’s plea, he wrote it down for her also including his own hand drawn illustrations. Thus, in 1864, the original version of the story was complete, entitled Alice’s Adventures Under Ground. Bustles and elaborate drapery characterize dresses of the early 1870′s. Alice is wearing a fashionable dress with trimmed, draped overskirts supported by a bustle and a petticoat. Her jacket has a short-waisted, fitted bodice that flares over the hips and is trimmed with ribbon bow in the front. There are a couple of small scuffs near the bottom hem which are of no consequence, as you can see by the photos. This gorgeous gown has no rips, holes or tears. Underneath Sleeping Beauty wears her original taffeta panties, original ruffled full length slip & original hosiery each of the stockings has a whole at the toe. Sleeping Beauty’s original crown is flawless, with clear bright stones & shiny gold trim. Beauty’s features & coloring are simply gorgeous! This is a One Owner Cissy and she was never played with. Cissy is 20 tall, made of hard plastic except for her arms which are vinyl and she is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. She has beautiful light blonde hair that is a little mushed in the back from laying down for 61 years. She is wearing a tagged black lace chemise with rhinestones and flowers, seamed stockings and mules with flowers. Her hands and knees are blushed and her beautiful blue eyes are clear with full lashes. She has perfect rosy cheeks and red lips. She is a first year Cissy from 1955. She does come in her original box which is marked Cissy, 2100, blonde and blue. The box is not in great shape, however it is original and did keep her safe for 61 years. This Queen doll is in excellent to near mint condition, and appears not to have been undressed or played with. This beautiful BKW has lovely all original bright coloring, a nice matte finish and no stains or cracks to her body. Her tosca triple stitch wig is nice and tight, shiny and has lots of curls. Her lovely gown is free of any stains, holes, tears or odors. The blue ribbon sash is beautiful and all of the gems are present and shiny. Her cape is a rich red velvet with no worn areas and is just perfect. Under her dress she has on a lovely slip and bloomers with nice tight stretch to the elastic. Her gold shoes are perfect and are still factory tied. Her crown is in really good condition but has one small split to the plastic that is really hard to see but is there none the less. She tops her outfit off with a beautiful pearl necklace and diamond bracelet. The original box is marked 650 and show normal wear and tear.
