Madame Alexander Dolls

They were kept in a China Cabinet and not played with. They are in excellent condition, no cracks or chips and are approx 7.5 inches tall. They come with a 7 inch square wood Playpen. They all have their gold name tag pins. The only issues are Annette is missing one shoe and the dresses have slightly yellowed from aging in the cabinet. My belief is the clothes can be easily cleaned. THEY DO NOT HAVE AN ODOR and were NOT IN A SMOKING HOUSE. This is truly a great collectible set. International will be calculated. Available here is a vintage CISSY doll from Madame Alexander in good condition. 20 inches in length. Not certain of the date of manufacture as none is apparent. All limbs and digits are intact but the head and arms are loose in the sockets. Eyes open and close with no issues. Complete with hair ribbon, outifit and shoes. A hole is present on either side of the outfit where the thumbs have protruded through. Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll complete outfit in the original box. There is a tagged pink & white striped chintz dress. A pink taffeta slip with tulle ruffle, and white panties. A pink & white covered box with nylons and a pair of black high heels. Also included are a clear plastic purse with black velvet ribbon handles and pink silk flowers. It has a comb and a pair of glasses onside. One of the plastic hinges on the bottom of the purse is damaged, but it will still work. The eye glasses are the old “cats eye” type and look to be a little bowed in the middle. There is also a pink hat trimmed with tulle and silk flowers. I was told this is a rare hat but again I don’t know that for a fact. The box is faded and stained and has some tears and holes. I will be listing 2 other tagged cissy outfits from the same estate. Madame Alexander Maggie Mix Up Doll, 14″, in Original Outfit, Red Hair 1961 Maggie Mix Up is a 14″ hard plastic and vinyl doll with straight red hair wig (although not quite straight in the back because of storage in the box and with a few fly-away hairs), working sleep eyes with lashes, full red lips, blush to her cheeks, and freckles. She is jointed at the elbows, knees, and ankles. She has all her pink fingernail polish. She is marked MME. /Alexander to her back. She has tight stringing and a clean body. Maggie is dressed for an afternoon out in a cotton tagged Maggie white blouse trimmed with ricrac and full light blue skirt trimmed with ribbons. Her blouse is a little surface dusty from age/storage, maybe a little less than as white as it should be but not bad. Her nylon slip is crisp and lace-trimmed. She wears blue tights and low slip-on shoes. There is a hat trimmed with flowers around part of the crown but seems to be a tad too small for Maggie’s comfort–it perches on top of her head. Maggie was made for only two years. She does come in the bottom only–no top–of her original age worn/faded box. I have not laundered the blouse or don’t anything to the doll. She is in very nice condition, no smells; she looks like she was never played with, just stored but lost the lid for the box somewhere in time. This is a Very Nice, Beautiful Madame Alexander with Light Blonde Hair and Great Blush on her Cheeks. Not to mention Beautiful Blue Eyes. The Only issue I can see with this Beautiful Doll is she has acouple Very Tiny scratches on her Right cheek. I tried to take a picture of them (picture #4) but honestly they were rather difficult to capture. I Personally don’t think it takes anything away from the dolls Beauty. She is missing one ear ring so she does have pierced ears. Left it in so you could see. Original hair set and original face paint. Has a very tiny split in her right hip socket, there is a pic of this. Her legs are not strung as tight. It is interesting because my other Cissy that does not have the jointed arms is exactly the same way. Does not keep her from standing and I took a pic of her sitting. Other then that I Cannot see any scratches, stains, etc. Cissy does not have any odors and is Clean. Please look at all the pictures, they are a big part of the description.
