Gorgeous Margaret Face Bride Doll, great color, perfect hair still in netting, clear eyes. Original aged box with tissue paper. Veil, bouquet, shoes, garter and nylons. Her beautiful clear eyes. Don’t open full if she has been laying down for a while. Simply how her upright against yourself with one hand and tap upwards at bottom of feet. I learned that from my doll club. They tell me that’s common. With these order dolls. There are brownish spots I see on front of gown and one on back. Might be able to remove, I didn’t try. Veil has little random holes, I tried to show in photo. Box of course is just old but it has bottom and top. Veil has not flowers, I see others that do and some that don’t. I asked the original (and only owner) states that the she never had flowers for the veil. Please ask for more specific photos if you like. Unbelievable 21 Madame Alexander Cissy. I believe from 1957 or 1958. From original owner, she and her sister both received a Cissy bride doll for Christmas. Dress is great, it it looks like its yellowed any place it’s JUST THE PHOTO. Her veil is great with all original flowers on crown. Hair still has original netting. Eyes are blue, lashes are full. Hair in original style. Great red lips and pretty blush, very fresh looking. Original bouquet, shoes, nylons and garter. No smells or stains or holes. Original box and tissue and lid, they show their age. Her only issue is when you lay her down and than stand her up her eyes stay closed. Just hold her against yourself and tap her feet at bottom and they pop open and stay open. I can send you a video showing you how simple and quick that is. More photos upon request. Condition: This Cissy is absolutely beautiful. She is from my collection and I hate to let her go, but must downsize. She is not perfect, but close. Her head is strung just a bit tight, but she poses nicely. Her coloring is so pretty, her brunette wig is thick, beautiful and it shines. Her eyes are sky blue and she has thick full lashes. Her chemise and gown are tagged -stockings, shoes and garter are original. Im not sure about her panties, but they are definitely vintage and work nicely under her chemise. This gorgeous Cissy would be a wonderful addition to your collection. I know I have enjoyed having her in mine. I try to describe as accurately as possible but may leave something out please look at the pictures carefully as they are the most important part of the description. Remember, this is a vintage doll over 50 plus years old, and will not be perfection, as a new doll would be. I will also be listing doll clothes and other related items. I have Madame Alexander’s from the 1930s to 60s!! I also collect Arranbees, Tonis, and others. So please check back. The doll stand is not included. My home is smoke free I do have a dog and cat, but they are not allowed to play with my dolls :. If you have any questions, please ask. However, some flaws might be overlooked or might seem unimportant to mention but may be of great importance to you please let me know. I clean my dolls very well and if they have that sour hard plastic smell, after cleaning them, I store them for a while ina sealed bag with sachets. I also put a few sachets in the mailing package. They smell nice to me and to others who have bought from me, but I can understand if someone is highly sensitive or allergic to fragrance. I’m adding this caveat because I don’t want to cause an allergic reaction to anyone who has allergies. Please understand I have nothing to gain by being purposely dishonest. As a retiree, this is a hobby for me and all the profits I receive are contributed to St. Judes Hospital for Children, Independence Fund for Veterans, Samaritans Purse and other reputable and worthy charities. Amazing antique madame Alexander original with tag Alice in wonderland set of five dolls amazing. Here we have Alice in rare pink dress instead of the blue much scarcer her condition is lovely with patina as she is cloth and almost 1 0 years old , she is all original her eye lashes are beautiful she measures 20 inches tall the mad hatter is awesome made of cloth and wool felt he has incredible detail glass eyes paper square on hat that has a price in pounds I believe the character always depicted with the paper square , even has a matching hanky in pocket that matches bow tie. He measures about 20 inches to top of hat. The March hare is all wool felt with glass two tone eyes beautiful great detail he is 12 inches top of head and 15 inches to top of ears. The queen is small? 8 inches tall all cloth with printed type face amazing detail she has mohair hair. Born in 1959, this beautiful Elise bride dressed in frothy pink chiffon is in excellent condition. Her veil is adorned with its original flowers which have not faded in the least. Her bouquet is original and its flowers match the floral wreath of the veil. Her pink satin sash ties at the back and is original to the gown. She wears her original rhinestone earrings and engagement ring, nylon stockings, garter, and stiff pink petticoat. The elastic on the petticoat is perfect and has not stretched. The gown is in wonderful condition, but has a hole in the bodice on the back right side. However, the lining is the same color, so is hardly noticeable. Her face has beautiful high color, and her glossy dark brown hair is in its original set. She has clear blue sleep eyes and lush, full lashes. Elise has a vinyl head and a hard vinyl body, with legs that bend at the knee and arms that bend at the elbow. She is easily posed in both sitting and standing positions. This stunning 1958 Bride was called Mary Rose and has the older Elise face. She has jointed elbows, knees and ankles. She is all-original, including her beautiful floral wreath gown, flowers, veil and circular headdress, pearl earrings, necklace, bracelet and stockings, garter and shoes. I added her solitaire engagement ring. The doll has no issues and is flawless. She is blonde and blue-eyed. Her wig is in perfect original shape. Her stockings and garter are like new. 1950′s Madame Alexander CISSY as QUEEN ELIZABETH doll absolutely stunning but is going to need some tender loving care. Cissy herself: head was restrung with what looks to me like sewing elastic and is a bit wobbly, will hold positions but if you hold her in your hands on her back her head will nod back. Hair is smooshed in the back. Eye whites are darkening. Arms are darkening but not as bad as they show in the photos.. My flash is enhancing it, fingers are all good. Body and legs are great. Face paint is super nice, eyelashes are full. Glue residue from an earring is on one ear (both ears are pierced). Outfit: the Crown needs re-shaping, the clear plastic forming the front is cracked where the arrows point in the picture. Her gown needs spot cleaning, and pressing. There are a few brownish spots on the very lower back of the gown. Has Cissy tag that is fraying on the edges. Elastic of her slip is ok, a little loose but not completely stretched out… The ends of the hoop of the slip is poking out of the seam as pictured above. No panties, no shoes, no nylons. I think that about covers it… Fi you have any quests please don’t hesitate to ask… I’m sure with a little tlc this lovely lady would be a stunning asset to any collection! This is Janie by Madame Alexander, 1959. Marked on her neck is “ALEXANDER 1959″. Her face is beautiful with nice blush, coloring, full painted features, clear and clean eyes that open and close. She has full eyelashes. Her hair is beautiful. Clean and shiny with a redish tint to it. It is uneven at the ends. Her body and limbs are excellent. No cracks or breaks and no stains. She comes with a beautiful nurse outfit and cap that are not original. These fit her perfectly and are in excellent and clean condition. Her shoes, socks and panties are very nice but not original.
