Wendy has a triple stitch red wig pulled into pigtails. There is a loose gold string in each side. Her blue sleep eyes work well. Her face coloring is very nice. Her walking mechanism is just OK. Her legs are a bit loose and when you hold them towards her leg sockets and move them her head does move. Her dress is tagged Alexander-kins. The tag does have some fraying. The dress is red and white stripped organdy with black velvet sash. The bow of the sash has been retied. She has on white satin lace trimmed panties. Her side snap velvet shoes look like newer with textured bottoms. Her red woven hat has lillies of the valley trim. Some of the flowers are missing on the back of the hat. It has damage and no lid. This beautifully high colored face Madame Alexander is a Working Walker from 1953. The crown itself needs to be reattached, there is a piece in her hair that is part of the crown, please see photo. She does have a lazy eye, please see photos. But when I hold her by the waist and tap her feet from underneath the eye straightens out. But still can go back to being lazy. It does not distract from her gorgeous face beautiful hair spectacular grand studded coat and full skirt. Her diamond, LOL from the left ear needs to be glued back in. Her slip is great the hoop is around it should be. She has her original hat box (curlers & comb) , Crown, Earrings, coat, dress, nylons, panties, shoes. Her hair style is original and quite tidy including her original hair clip, extremely HTF, yellow ribbon and flowers. I BOUGHT THIS DOLL FROM G O L D I E K R A U S AND SHE IS A BEAUTY. I HAVE LOVED THIS GIRL! AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY PICS HER OUTFIT IS IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION , AND SHE HAS SUCH A GORGEOUS FACE. H E R W I G I S A L S O S T U N N I N G AND IN IT. Her blush has been lightly touched up by Julie Roza and her eyes are a lovely sought after blue. She carries her original Madame Alexander hat box with great pride. Her outfit consists of a tagged linen circle skirt which matches the tailored blouse to perfection. Her collar is adorned by a pink rose that matches the woven straw cloche and the Madame Alexander hat box. Inside the box is a piece of paper showing Goldie Kraus (Donna) sending doll to me along with the picture of her. She has a tailored lavender taffeta slip, panties and lovely lavender shoes. (These were made by Anna Hawkins and are not original but are perfect to complete this lovely outfit). I removed the original outfit and kept it all as it is so I now have dressed her for her pics. She has a little mark on her left cheek, hard to see but I have shown it in the last picture. She remains in excellent condition. ALEXANDER VINTAGE LISSY 11″ – 12″ (5 HARD PLASTIC DOLLS & CLOTHES) – ONE TAG. Take a good look at the pictures and my written info. This is a Group of 5 Dolls & Clothes…. There is a Lissy doll & the others a same body with Lissy head… The arms of the Lissy doll with bend arms and bend legs – has some stain on her arms… Only one thing that is still tag which is the red dress.. There is a lissy coat, a lissy off white type dress which is missing a bottom snap, red dress that has the tag and other… Oh, there is the blonde – homemade dress put on her… The blonde girl is straight legs and straight arms..
