Rare Limited 1994 Scarlett Bride In Wedding Dress 8 Doll. This rare doll is in good condition. All my beautiful Scarlett dolls are from my personal collection. This will be a great addition to your collection. Never played with and only displayed in a glass cabinet. Doll limbs are jointed and a little loose due to age. The rubber bands that hold them have. Evidently deteriorated a little with time. The doll can still stand and or sit. Arms move up and down. Her beautiful green eyes are frozen. Common in a doll of this age. Easy to manually open/close. And they will stay in place once moved. Doll has dark brown hair. This Authentic Elaborate Wedding Dress Is Fashoned After The GWTW Movie. No stains or rips. Wedding dress ensemble is made of quality winter white satin material. Dress has great detail with floral lace and iridescent flowers and little pearl stems. Her neckline is also adorned with the same little pearls. The dress has a white silk ribbon tie at her waist. Her bouquet has the same flowers and pearls with white silk ribbon. The veil is a simple white tulle with white flowers for a band. The petticoat is white teared. Taffeta with stiff crinoline. Her pantalets are silk timmed in lace. Shoes are white satin slip-on slippers and stockings are white. Bottom of shoes are a little dirty. Scarlett From Gone With The Wind’Honeymoon In New Orleans Trunk. The metal trunk is Madame Alexander with her Logo Blue design. Approximately 6″ wide by 10″ tall by 6 depth. It is made of metal on the outside and the interior is heavy cardboard material. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms and knees for posing. She is dressed in a white dimity cotton dress with a floral print of lavender flower bouquets and white net sleeves and val lace trim. The dress has a lavender velvet ribbon around her waist and ties into a bow in the front. Four square snaps close the dress in back. The bodice is sprinkled with a few rhinestones for sparkle. Under the dress is white taffeta nylon half slip with white undies. Her nylons are new and nice and tight. Her shoes are also new and are lavender with tiny flowers. She has a beautiful face with one stroke brows, full lashes, clear eyes, light blush and pink mouth. Her face has a very soft look to it. Her hair is a strawberry blond color in nice curls. Tiny little curls for bangs. Her face may have had some spa work at one time, but nothing major. She wears a hat with lavender netting, ribbons, and flowers. Last she carries a lavender straw handbag with various purple and lavender flowers. The dress is a copy of one of Cissy’s day dresses and shoes and nylons were made other talented people. Hat and bag by Richard’s Originals. No cracks except a a very tiny one on left knee that was filled in. Clean with no odors. From smoke free home. S because of postal problems…….. Vintage 1953 Madame Alexander Queen Elizabeth Coronation Doll , WITH CAPE. In 1953, Abraham & Strauss, the New York department store, commissioned Madame Alexander to create a doll-sized version of Queen Elizabeth IIs coronation! With a desire to ensure the best outfits for these dolls, Madame Alexander worked with the British Museum of Costume to create 36 dolls that represented the queen and her court with supreme accuracy Scott 15. This rare doll is part of a collection, and has almost NEVER been handled or touched. Complete with satin lined red velvet cape with gold trim (very rarely seen) , petticoat, tights, shoes, crown, jewels, and gloves. Im pleased to offer this extremely rare, and hard to find Gay Nineties purple Godey portrait doll. Cissy is from 1959. She is the strung doll with the slender non jointed arms. Lovingly referred to by collectors as the no neck Cissy. 21 tall with an adult body, and high heeled feet. All original doll to the tagged costume. This girl is so rare, that collectors sometimes have to find bits and pieces of this particular doll. Cissy wears her original costume consisting of her dress, slip, panties, hose, and jacket, as well as her hat. Okay, where was I? The tulle on her hat has been replaced. Im sure flowers have also been added to the hat as well as the jacket. Look at that jacket! She wears lace gauntlets, as well as her original earrings. The dress is pink taffeta, and it has been laundered and pressed. Not the best thing for vintage taffeta. There are wrinkles that I didnt try to iron out. There is a pin hole at the bodice that doesnt go all the way through the lining. It is also covered by the rest of the costume. A few small pinholes in the skirt. Also a few dark smudges along the back. Meaning, there is so much positive going on, I dont really get hung up on that. Use your own discretion though. Purple elastic sandals are newer. Cissy is in great condition. Many of these dolls have yellowed and their heads have split at the seams on the sides. Cissy has had very light blush added, and its been professionally sealed. Pretty, long, full auburn wig. Blue sleep eyes that stick slightly. One side of her eyelash curls up a bit. The lashes could be replaced so they wouldnt do this, but I say leave her as original as possible. You wont find this doll again in the near future. Ive probably only seen a handful in the past 20 years. She is extremely rare, and because shes not perfect, Im offering her for a great price. Thank you for looking. This Doll comes with. Fabulous HTF Vintage Madam Alexander ELISE BRIDE , # 1735 from 1960. In Original Box but s very fragile although intact. She is so very near mint with just a couple of tiny flaws. Please note there is a tiny brown stain right on the hemline edge, there is also a crease in the satin near the hemline that should iron out well. She has gorgeous coloring and complexion, beautiful blue eyes that function freely, full lashes, no smells, smoke or odors. She has her pearl necklace and earrings but DOES NOT have her diamond ring. Undergarments are excellent including stockings, garter, panties, slip and shoes. Elastic on the shoes is just a wee bit loose.
