Madame Alexander Dolls

She has lovely bright facial painting with rosy cheeks, full lips, and nice brown eyelashes and brows. Her body is free of stains or cracks and she has a lovely even skin tone. She is tightly strung and can stand freely without a stand. She comes wearing organdy bloomers that in in very good condition. All together she is such a beautiful doll that will stand out in any outfit your dress her in. This is a beautiful doll with a perfectly styled hair do that is unique to only this outfit. Her hair is shiny and still in crisp perfect curls that frame her face. She has beautiful all original coloring and has a lovely matte finish. Her skin tone is nice and even and she has no stains or cracks to her plastic. Her dress is in excellent condition and is very crisp. It has no stains, holes or odors. Under the dress she wears the correct slip and bloomers. The organdy has darkend from age but the elastic is still nice and tight on both the slip and bloomers. Her black fuzzy bottom side snap shoes and socks are in nice condition and show no wear. However I did notice that some of the sueding has come off from age. She wears a beautiful black hat with flower and fruit adornment. The hat is just excellent and has a wonderful shine to it and the flowers/fruit are all in excellent condition as well. Lastly she wears a pair of beautiful rhinestone earrings that are in excellent condition with lots of shine. She comes in her original box labeled 635 which I believe to be the correct number. The box shows lots of wear but it has kept her safe all these years and is original to her. All together this is an excellent example of this doll that will be a great addition to your collection. This doll is to pretty for words. She is a quiz-kin doll with a shiny tosca triple stitch wig that is nice and tight to the head. She has outstanding all original bright blushing and her coloring is fantastic. She wears the lovely blue Little Edwardian dress that is in excellent condition. The blue color has not faded and it has no stains, tears, holes or odors. The sleeves are still nice and tight and are a lovely ivory color. Under the dress she has her slip and pantaloons both of which stay up nicely and have no issues to report. She wears white fuzzy bottom to stitch shoes. The shoes are not as white as they once were but they do maintain most of their original suede and open and close easily. Lastly is her beautiful hat that is in beautiful condition. It has lovely pink flowers and lots of black netting. The netting is free of holes and is very full. The chin elastic is still nice and tight and looks fantastic on. She was made in 1953 with strung legs. She is in mint condition and all original from head to toe. Her tagged outfit is mint and crisp. She has sleep eyes and rosy cheeks. This is a darling little doll with blonde triple stitch wig that is shiny and nice and tight to her head. She has original coloring, nice overall skin tone and no cracks or stains to her body. Her outfit is in very good condition. The pink dress is a nice pink color and has not yellowed like so many that I have had in the past. There are a few very small light brown marks on the back of the dress that do not distract but are there none the less. Besides that the dress if free of stains, holes or odors. Under the dress she wears the a slip and bloomers. The slip is a little stretched but still stays up and the bloomers are in good shape. Her gold shoes and socks are in nice condition and show little wear. Lastly is her beautiful hat with blue striped ribbon tie. The hat is a lovely pink color and the flowers are beautiful. The tie is in good condition but may be a little shorter than it was originally however it still ties in a beautiful big bow.
