Fabulous HTF Vintage Madam Alexander ELISE BRIDE , # 1735 from 1960. In Original Box but s very fragile although intact. She is so very near mint with just a couple of tiny flaws. Please note there is a tiny brown stain right on the hemline edge, there is also a crease in the satin near the hemline that should iron out well. She has gorgeous coloring and complexion, beautiful blue eyes that function freely, full lashes, no smells, smoke or odors. She has her pearl necklace and earrings but DOES NOT have her diamond ring. Undergarments are excellent including stockings, garter, panties, slip and shoes. Elastic on the shoes is just a wee bit loose. Set of five composition dolls were marketed by Madame Alexander in the mid-1930s. They are fully marked on both the heads and bodies. They have sweet faces with lashed eyes, closed mouths, rosy cheeks, and brown painted hair. The chubby toddler bodies have rosy knees and each has the original dresses, undergarments, shoes, and stockings. The gold name pins are also still pinned to each doll. This is a vintage 1954 Madam Alexander “Victoria” #2030c from the “Me and My Shadow” Series in near mint condition. Please refer to pictures when reading description and feel free to ask any questions or request additional photos. Victoria is an 18 hard plastic, jointed, fully functioning walker doll with blue sleep eyes. She has tosca hair in the original set, adorned with a delicate cream colored lace cap, topped with silk flowers, tied with a fuchia pink ribbon. Her makeup/coloring is vibrant. Her blue sleep-eyes have full brush lashes. (The cap does have some discoloration and is fragile from age). She is dressed in an 1850s style, slate blue, tagged, soft taffeta gown with side panniers and bustle drapery in the back – all trimmed with cream silk braid. Her sleeves are trimmed with silk braid & tulle and she is carrying a fuschia pink velvet purse. Underneath is a full one piece cream colored nylon petticoat and pantalettes with sheer stockings and black snap shoes. The pantalettes do have a small stain on the front, upper right-hand side, near the waist.
