Ffered here is a vintage Madame Alexander Limited Edition Cissy Doll, Heiress Elegance, # 42700 Model number from 2006. She is #59 of 100 mad. E — her number is printed in felt point on one of the tags on her coat; see last photo. It is a bit blurry, the felt point ink has run a little on the satin tag. But you can make out the number. This elegant Limited Edition Cissy Doll has the wonderful elbow joint and twist waist, as well as the other shoulder, hip and knee joints. So she can hold wonderful poses seated or standing. She has a dark brunette wig with straight bangs. Her beautiful wig had red highlights. She comes with her original dangle crystal earrings and necklace. I have added the modern gold wire rim glasses — they look really cute on her. I also added a sweet teal and gold purse to match her outfit , with a pearl handle. She wears her original long light green body suit/hose and light blue leatherette shoes, with beading and ribbon trim. Her elegant long brocade coat has overstitching on the big flowers in the print and is trimmed in an olive green ribbon on each sleeve and down the long front. The coat, including the roll up sleeves, is fully lined in a beautiful turquoise satin. She has a long soft chiffon skirt that matches her stockings perfectly. Her bodice beneath the coat is beautifully beaded. This is a “Couture doll” in the MA Couture Collection. This doll has the most exquisite face, with burgundy lipstick to match her painted nails, and rosy cheeks and gorgeous big grey blue steel colored radial eyes. They sparkle and show no sign of any dullness! Her eye make-up is very dark, painted above and below her eyes, with painted brows and she has full brush eye lashes — none missing. This elegant MA Cissy doll is from my personal collection. She has been kept only on display (and never played with) in a darkened doll room and shows no sign of any fading. 30 MADAME ALEXANDER PLAYPAL SIZED TIMMIE TODDLER DOLL – VERY HTF. This listing is for a very hard to find Timmie Toddler doll. She is the 30 inch sized doll and would be a great addition to any Playpal type doll collection. Most often you see the smaller 23 inch sized girl – this girl is big enough to hang out with Penny and the rest of the gang or with big sisters Joanie and Janie! Her eyes are the flirty style eyes that move side to side as well as open and close. Her lashes are great with maybe literally a couple of lashes missing on her left eye (pictured – hard to see). These dolls seem prone to that as well, but hers are really pretty good! Her facial coloring is wonderful. Her hair is very silky and in the original style and, i think, the original bow. Her hair is a very light blond. Her body had some fading that is common to the Madame Alexander playpal style dolls. You’ll see it on her chest, and on her legs. She does have the speaker for the cry feature and she still does kind of “cry” sometimes, but it’s really just a noise and nothing more. You can also get her to “walk” some, but it is difficult, i think. All joints or stringing is good. I think her one leg may be a tad shorter than the other? She is marked on the back of her neck ALEXANDER DOLL 1960. Her head is difficult to move. She could use a gentle cleaning. Her clothes are original and in good condition. I felt like when i took them off, that they really had never been removed before – the tissue is still in her sleeves to puff them up. The clothes are in wonderful condition. The TIMMIE TODDLER tag is on the inside of the outfit. There are no holes or stains. I did replace the elastic in her bloomers. I’m not sure about the shoes – they are, at the very least, vintage. I did not remove them. She even has her original hand tag! ONLY TIMMIE IS INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. PENNY IS ONLY THERE TO KEEP HER COMPANY. Old Madame Alexander Baby Jane Doll from the 1930s. She has a mohair wig, sleep eyes with lashes and open mouth with teeth. Her face is very nice for her age. I found usual crazing (with magnifier), and only 1 small crack starting on her face as shown in pictures. She is a 16 strung composition doll. But needs to be restrung. Vintage 13 inch, Composition Princess Elizabeth in a rare Peach Gown with Original Tiara. All composition with socket head, sleep eyes, real lashes, open mouth, teeth, blonde human hair unoriginal coiffure, jointing shoulders and hips. She is wearing original peach taffeta gown with peach overlay and rich ruching at hem and bodies, pink pantries, socks, silver side-snap shoes with silver buckle, black velvet cape, and with silver tiara. No damage to dress. The cape does has a few slits in the velvet from age but the dress is perfect, but the way the velvet lays not noticeable. Madame Alexander 1938, portrait of the you g English Princess in Tara costume with beautifully-preserved colors and construction. No cracks or crazing in the composition.
