Madame Alexander Dolls

I just got in a collection from one owner. Her father owned a toy shop in the 50′s. She was very spoiled! This is a 1956 Dress with snaps and Rhinestones. These can be seen in Kiley Shaw’s “The Cissy Files” on p 84. It says that there were an array of fabrics used in 1956 and that these dresses are either HTF or Rare and were Boxed Extras this year. This exact dress is prominently featured in the book. The color is a beautiful. It is in very good, I would say never played with condition. The colors are bright and beautiful and there are no holes or stains and the fabric sits out beautifully. It’s a lovely dress that will look wonderful on your Cissy!
