This is our precious 1953 Madame Alexander-kin Wendy Kin 8 inch Doll that is the heavier weight Kin doll with such a gorgeous face. Her complexion is light with pinky cheeks. She has rare gorgeous brown eyes that open and close nicely, and beautifully painted bottom lashes. Note in Photo 15 that we see a real tiny indent on the bottom rim of her right eye socket. Her triple-stitched hair is a darker blonde with some flyaways. She is marked ALEX on her back. She stands well and can pose her arms. Her body, arms and legs are nice but there is definite lighter discoloration to her leg area from exposure as noted in pictures. Just a sweet little angel. Her outfit includes: Kin tagged peachy-pink Swiss Dot Dress that is in very nice, crisp and clean condition. Her underpants and slip have the signature Kin embroidery on them. Both pieces are in clean condition but the underpants have some wear along the leg opening embroidery area with elastic a bit loose at waist. The half-slip is loose at waist too. She wears her Kin black side snap fuzzy bottom shoes with more current white socks. Shoes are in good condition with secure snaps but do have wear with the fuzz easily shedding now. Difficult to part with this sweetheart and hoping to find her a wonderful new home. Available are two lovely Madame Alexander dolls, a boy and girl, I believe from the very early Friends from Foreign Lands collection. Both are dressed in their original clothing with hats, socks and shoes. The clothing is in good condition, some fading. Both have tags that read SWISS Madame Alexander, N. For your consideration I have this stunning vintage 1958 dress for your Cissy doll. I believe it is one of the boxed extra fashions. It’s a soft light blue dotted swiss shirtwaist in very nice condition. It is made of light blue nylon flocked dotted fabric with flocked dots and has a lace trimmed camisole bodice. Lace trimming around the collar, puffed sleeves and down the button up bodice. Classic quality doll dress from Madame Alexander for your vintage Cissy doll. The dress is tagged and is not faded. It has a small stain (that I havent tried washing out) on the arm. A little tear where the opening is. And a couple small holes, as shown in photos. But is unnoticeable when worn. It has little white buttons and lace details. Elise herself is in great but not mint condition, her legs and ankles bend and hold poses effortlessly. She has no chew marks or odors, no splits or cracks or breaks anywhere. She does have some spotting on her vinyl body that is white foxing throughout her torso and legs. Eyes open and shut with full eyelashes. Her wig is thick and curly. Sometimes her arm is a little loose. Her nylon stockings have tiny holes. Straw hat is a little flat but can be formed again. Garters plastic is half broken. Fabulous chance to get this darling hard to find ensemble with high coloring Elise. She was a pretty doll many years ago that was enjoyed as a toy by a child.
