For Sale Gorgeous 20 1955 Madame Alexander Cissy doll in TLC Hard to Find Gown from 1956 in Satin with Side drape. The doll is in very good condition with very few issues. She has a minor hip split up high, which you need to pull the leg out to see. Otherwise no cracks or other splits. Her arms are a little splotchy. The dress is laundered and has a few rough spots. The original Beaded loop at the bust was replaced by a decorative pin. The coronet is original Madame Alexander tho not original to this outfit. She has no shoes, stockings slip or panties. Are Cissy with straight arms in need of significant TLC. Her entire body needs to be reassembled. The torso is hollow and has a bit of the hard plastic odor. The wig also smells like hard plastic odor, but that may be from being stored next to the torso. Legs and arms do not smell. Crack in one leg. The tulle on the dress is matted, but cascade of flowers still in decent shape. Includes pale pink tulle petticoat. Red hairdo is really pretty and in original set. She wears one earring. Eyes are blue tinged with gold around the pupil. Right eyelashes have been slightly snipped in one area. I cannot find the gloves, but I feel like I may have them somewhere. Doll is featured in a Madame Alexander book. I found the gauntlets! They are pink’ please see photos.
