Madame Alexander Dolls

She is in good condition, but may need some cleaning. She has a brownish color wig (still has bobby pins where the previous owner redid her hair style), sleep blue eyes, hair lashes (all present), rosy cheeks, red mouth. She is all hard plastic with joints at her elbows and wrists and at her knees. She is wearing a tagged purple coat, purple velvet purple hat, tagged pinkish dress, matching panties, net slip, knee high hosery, velvet center snap purple shoes. When you move her legs, her head moves. I don’t see any cracks, but she does have a few small scratches. She does have a very light odor. Not for the mint collector. I try to make sure my items do not have loud offensive odors, but your nose may be more sensitive than mine. Vintage 15 Wendy Bride Doll By Madame Alexander 1950′s Era Original /Walker. All original in her box. Box has issues as it’s old. Doll and her outfit. Only shoes have faded a little due to age. Dress is tagged Madame Alexander. She is a Walker. No holes in tulle or dress. My pictures are part of my description hard to find in brunette. Most seen are blonde. This doll is in absolute excellent condition! So beautiful and nice!! She is a very tall doll! No odors, very clean! Comes with her original tagged pink dress & slip, original socks and shoes! Her walker mechanism is in perfect working condition! Head turns as it should. Hair is thick and full, in its original curl set. Eyes are extremely clear and bright. Face coloring is vivid and bright. One leg has a bit of an indent mark shown in photos but it appears factory. One small rip in her collar but barely noticeable in my opinion, one button missing in back on dress but the other buttons still work perfectly. Please see all photos and ask questions if needed. This is our 1954 Madame Alexander Alexander-kin Wendy kin 8 inch SLW Straight Leg Walker Doll that has original and beautiful bright red cheeks that really catch your eye. She has striking blue eyes that flutter open and closed very easily. Her body, arms and legs are in nice condition with some marks, rubs or a touch of random discolor on them. She is marked ALEX on her back side. She can stand but does tilt a bit because she is a walker so do recommend a doll stand to securely display her. She wears a Kin tagged dress that is very soft and dainty looking on her. Dress is in nice condition, closing in the back with two sets of signature square snaps. The lace on one sleeve of dress is loose under the arm on one side. She wears a pair of Kin underpants that fit her snugly. She also wears a signature half-slip with some embroidery on it that is in clean condition but has had some stitching done at waist where elastic has relaxed. Her shoes are more current soft black slip-on shoes with smooth bottoms that are in good condition with some rubs or marks on them. We have always kept this doll very carefully stored away and feel that you will just love her when you see her. This beautiful Winnie Walker doll stands 25 inches tall and is waiting to walk into her new home. She has her original tagged outfit on complete with shoes, socks, coat and hat, with red dress and matching panties. The coat has a spot of wear, (see picture), and her felt hat has a moth hole, and the red dress seems to have a stain. Really not bad for her age. Her cheeks still have a good blush, and her eyes are bright, and lashes are full. She still walks well with her moving from side to side when she walks. VINTAGE 1941 MADAME ALEXANDER JEANNIE WALKER COMPOSITION DOLL 13. 1941 Alexander Jeannie Walker doll, 13 1/2, 14 tall, only made one year, all composition jointed body, brown sleep eyes with real eyelashes, painted lower lashes, closed small puckered mouth, rosy chipmunk cheeks, single stroke eyebrows, human hair or mohair wig usually in light brown (but blonde has been found too), had a unique walking mechanism with pulley and levers, this was Alexander’s first walking doll, is fully jointed. 1941 Madame Alexander doll mark Alexander Doll Co. Doll marked Alexander Doll Co. 2171281 or unmarked, clothing will have the Jeannie Walker name included on the tag. Shown in her original blue one piece sailor dress, with attached full slip, however she had many different school/day dresses. Alexander Jeannie Walker doll in the 14 size came without the walker mechanism and has a slim body like the all composition Wendy Ann dolls.
