She wears a Red and white striped blouse with shit waist front buttons. She wears a pleated skirt that feels like a woolen type material. She completes her outfit with an adorable red suede belt decorated with brass trimming and a chain. She wears white rayon socks and her shoes are red leather material and they snap at the center. Featured here is a limited edition doll, one of only 200 Equestrian Cissy Dolls made in 2002. She will come to you in her original riding outfit, with riding jodhpurs, boots, brocade vest, lovely lace blouse, and sophisticated black wool lined hat with black veil. This hat color does not photograph well; it is a wonderful deep very dark black and my camera flashes to make it look charcoal grey. It is most certainly NOT grey — but a very rich JET black — with one smaller bow on the hatband and the large bow tied at back of the hat. The black net veil is quite full with small black dots, and falls nicely over the rim of the hat and her eyes. This doll has a twist waist, jointed knees, but not jointed elbows. Her price has been reduced accordingly. NOTE: This doll is 20 inches tall without her hat on, and 21 inches tall with her hat on. This is an elegant, rare 2002 Limited Edition doll in a very unique outfit; the riding khaki pants have the inner lining that riding pants have; the boots have real metal back zippers to facilitate getting them on and off. I have never undressed this doll or removed any of her clothing or accessories — except her hat for this photo session. Her wonderful black hat with black net veil and black bows has the Madame Alexander blue and white satin tag sewn into its lining. This doll has a gorgeous face, with her tanned skin color and deep red lips and rosy cheeks; she looks flushed from a morning ride. She has dark lashes and dark painted brows and lovely light grey green eyes that catch the light beautifully. At the corner of her eyes, her eye makeup is drawn up in a point, to accent her exotic eyes. She has tiny stud white pearl earrings in her ears. Her wonderful dark reddish chestnut hair is drawn back in a riding style bun, with hairnet; she has a seamed center part on the top of her head. I have added a pair of light lavender gloves to her outfit. This doll would make a wonderful addition to your collection or be a lovely gift. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. This doll has been kept in a darkened doll room and shows no sign of any sun fading. No props in the photos are included in this listing, only the dressed doll with her accessories and her metal doll stand so she will be ready to display on arrival. She is in excellent condition with original dark reddish blonde triple stitched wig in original set, bright coloring with brown brows, green brown eyes that open and close freely, under lashes, pink blushed cheeks and red lips. This stunning vintage tagged Alexander Cissy dress is the very rare lavender model of the dress pictured in Kiley Shaws wonderful Cissy book, on page 60. This dress has very pale polka dots which do show up more pronounced in my picture than they do on the actual dress. The lavender is very soft, when I put it next to a pink dress you can see its evenly pale lavender all over. When I put it next to Elise little purple hat, you can still see its pale lavender. You can see in my picture of the slip that the dress is a lavender next to the quite pink slip, so I do not believe this dress to be a pink faded, I believe this dress to be what I have presented it as. You will need to make up your own mind on that of course. It ties in back with a wide soft bow of the same material, and does up in back with 4 square snaps. No rips, holes or tears in this dress, and I have not washed it. Im fairly certain it would have been gently laundered at some stage in. Its 65 year life, its hard to tell because the tag colour still looks clean and clearly read. Sleeve elastic still holds firm, Im not sure if this has been replaced at some stage, if so its been very well done. At some stage, the petticoat has had extra elastic cord added to tighten a loose waist line. And ask questions if I have left out something important to you. Vintage 50′s Mme Alexander 10 Cissette White Ballerina Doll AO in Box. Scroll down for larger views. This doll is Cissette Ballerina, made by Madame Alexander in the late 50′s. She is 10” high, all hard plastic, jointed at the neck, shoulders, hips, & knees. Her face is flawless, with bright coloring, original paint, blue sleep eyes, tan brows, red lips, and rosy cheeks. She wears her goldlen-blonde original triple-stitch wig, in pristine condition. The body is also excellent, with great coloring, tight stringing, and bending knees. Alexander on her back. Cissette wears her gorgeous white ruffled net tagged tutu with satin bodice and attached panties. Decorated with pink & dark red fabric flowers, with a matching sprig in her hair. She also wears hose and pink ballet slippers, tied with satin bows. There are crystal drop earrings in her ears. Cissette comes in her original box (#823). The box is also excellent. This is a beautiful little doll, as close to mint as a 60 year old doll can be. She was obviously never played with or displayed.
