This is a 21 (approximately) Gorgeous Madame Alexander Gardening Cissy doll. She is from the 1950s and box is marked #2105. She is dressed in blue coveralls and a light pink silky blouse that ties at the neck. She is in beautiful near mint condition. Comes with panties, nylons, light pink heels with rhinestones, garedening hat with blue velvet trim, straw purse and sunglasses. Her shiney blonde hair is in original set. Her face paint is beautiful with full lashes top and bottom, good brows, rosey cheeks and light pink coral lips. Stringing seems good and she holds a pose. She is in unplayed with condition. The box is one of the best boxes I have seen in a while they are usually falling apart and missing pieces. It is hard to find dolls in this wonderful condition any more. I have had her in my collection for a very long time. She is over 60 years old but doesnt look it. Up for sale is this 18 vintage Madame Alexander Blue Danube from the Glamour Girl series. Her tagged gown is unwashed with bright vivid coloring. Her original lace Bonnet is still a lovely white, with black velvet ribbon and trimmed with lovely pink roses. She wears her original white gloves and has her black and gold Madame Alexander Hat box, both in excellent condition. Her curls are shiny, tight and still in original set. Her coloring is very nice, her eyes are beautiful, with THICK and long lashes. However, her eyes stick sometimes and don’t always close easily when she lays down. It may be an easy fix, however I l will leave that to her new owner to decide what they want to do, or not do about that. Her hoop-slip and attached panties are white, and appear to have been washed. Her original netting stockings and black shoes look very nice too. She doesn’t have odors and comes from a smoke free home. OUTFIT CONSISTS OF A PINK TAFFETA DRESS, TAGGEDALEXANDERKIN BY MADAME ALEXANDER (PICTURE), PINK TAFFETA AND LACE TRIM PANTIES, WHITE SOCKS AND BLACK SUEDE SIDE BUTTON SHOES. I DO NOT SEE A TAG ON THE COAT, AND I HAVE NEVER REMOVED THE COAT/CLOTHING. IT IS A DARK PURPLE VELVET WITH WHITE TAFFETA LINING, LARGER ROUND COLLAR, THREE PEARLY WHITE BUTTONS WITH PURPLE THREAD. THE HAT IS A LIGHT LAVENDER STRAW WITH MULTI COLOR PURPLE/LAVENDER FLOWERS, GOLD CHIN STRAP. ON THE BACK OF THE HAT THERE ARE TWO PLEATS TO GIVE IT A MORE SQUARE LOOK. Up for sale is this MINT IN BOX 14 vintage Madame Alexander. Kate Smith’s Annabelle with wrist tag. This doll is simply adorable! Her blonde hair is shiny, smooth and in original set– with the sides pulled up with a hair bar and large original aqua colored bow sitting on top. Her little Maggie face and coloring are fantastic. She wears a crisply tagged BRIGHT white dress with Peter Pan collar and white ric-rac trim. Her original, bright “Annabelle” sweater is in lovely condition as well, and closes in the back with square snaps. Her slip, panties and socks are still white as well. Her black, side-snap patented leather shoes are so cute with still very fuzzy soles. Her box is still in decent shape. She doesn’t have odors and comes from a smoke free home. Up for sale is this EXTREMELY RARE 18 vintage Madame Alexander BLUE VARIATION of the Edwardian Glamour Girl. She is almost always seen in the PINK embossed dress. She is a lovely sample of an EXTREMELY RARE and hard to find doll. Her full-skirted, tagged gown with Blue embossed flowers and vines is made of crisp polished cotton, and is trimmed with lovely white ball trim. Her dress does have a couple small spots/areas with light yellow aging. Her bonnet is a stiff black taffeta edged in black lace and adorned with a beautiful white ostrich feather. She has on her blue gloves and carries her black Madame Alexander Hat box. Her Coloring is outstanding! Her eyes are a very vibrant sky blue that matches the blue on her dress nicely. She has long thick eyelashes, and shiny perfect curls in original set. She wears a white hoopslip with attached lace-edged panties, which is unwashed and still bright, but shows a couple tiny holes near the hem. Although I have some wrapping tissue helping fill out the skirt for the photos. Her original net stockings are in beautiful condition, and her black velvet shoes are still nice too (with one sole showing a touch more wear than the other). Here for your consideration is a 9-1/2 Madame Alexander doll called Klondike Kate. She is a beauty from 1963 in the Cissette style. She is a fabulous blue eyed brunette and her face coloring is beautiful and bright. She has jointed knees and is in very good condition for her age. Her hair is in its original set with red feather decoration. Her gorgeous dress is red velvet and is tagged and in very good condition. She is wearing nylons with a seam up the back. Her original earrings that have 5 little rhinestones in them. On her hand she has a shining diamond ring. I was asked about staining on her body… There is very faint pink staining along her sides from her dress. There is no black staining because somebody at one point replaced her black underwear with white ones. Perhaps saved her from unsightly marks. She appears to be missing a few items… Namely her necklace, barrette, shoes, hangtag and box. She does come with a custom stand that I thought shows her off nicely. Still an amazing showpiece!
