Madame Alexander Dolls

This doll is often referred to as “The Black Widow” because of her black dress. She is pristine and all original, and includes all of her original accessories which are often missing including her original hangtag. This is a very clean doll with a beautiful ruby lips, pink cheeks, clear blue eyes original eyelashes, no touch ups all original. She looks like the day she came out of the factory. There are no cracks or splits. Her clothes are immaculate no holes, rips, tears, stains, or odors to the clothes or the doll. The original bob wig has never been combed out or re-styled. The flowers on her hat are mostly pink and it still has the original chin strap. She still wears the original ring from 1955 with the hankie attached, and rhinestone bracelet. This is very rare to find in this condition with all of the accessories. The band on this ring is not a smooth circle and the stone is not in prongs. I believe this ring was only used in 1955, Cissy’s debut year. Her tagged black taffeta dress, black shoes, stockings, ric rack pink petticoat and pink taffeta panties are original to this doll. The lucite purse which is very hard to find contains the original comb and sunglasses. Also included is a bit of nostalgia shown in the last photo a note from the original owner saying who bought the doll for her, and when and where. The purse has glue on the back pictured in the photos. The photos are the main description please examine them carefully.
