THIS BINNIE IS A ONE-OF-A-KIND BINNIE WALKER DOLL because I have added several accessories: a “NEW BLUE” AQUA CARDIGAN SWEATER w/ PUSH-UP SLEEVES—tagged “The Doll Clothes Store—Silverton, Oregon”. This doll originally wore a white jersey cardigan sweater so “I have to have a new blue sweater” she whispered shortly after arriving in my Doll Room. “To match my new blue hairbows”. And she has—TWO NEW AQUA GROSGRAIN RIBBON HAIRBOW CLIPS, one on each side. This doll did not come with brass barrettes like Winnie wears. I added a VINTAGE “MADE IN JAPAN” TAGGED “PEARL” NECKLACE with ORIGINAL METAL LOBSTER CLASP—the only necklace this longer length that I have ever seen! Perfect for This Lady! I designed OOAK MINI-PETITE “PEARL” BRACELETS made from MARVELLA PEARLS to be worn on either side of a NEW “DIAMOND” BRACELET. Worn over PEACH PINK LACE OOAK FINGERLESS GLOVES (made my yours truly) to protect her vinyl wrists from “metal marks” from bracelets. (my 1961 Jacque dolls have vinyl wrists that are forever “tatooed” from their original silver bracelets). Miss Binnie carries a OOAK MINI-ROSE & LILY BOUQUET made by yours truly from imported parchment florals—IN WHITE & PINK & BLUE HUES! MISS BINNIE HAS BEEN RESTRUNG but not too tight SO SHE HAS EXCELLENT HEAD TILT & LOVELY “LIFTING” ARMS. THIS BEAUTIFUL BLONDE CISSY BINNIE IS THE ONLY ONE I HAVE LIKE HER IN MY COLLECTION. I make no claim that she is “mint”—SHE IS NOT MINT—SHE DOES HAVE SOME SIGNS OF “AGE” as mentioned earlier, repairing her by filling cracks and reinforcing the stress point at her knee and across her bottom. She also has a few small marks (like little dots) on her arms between her gloves and sweater, and minimal “rubs” at hip joints, with a few tiny “nicks” on legs—she has ORIGINAL PINK KNEES! As far as I can tell her dress has not been washed—the fabric appears to have original patina and texture and fits well but not tight—this fabric will shrink with washing as it is 100% cotton. She has been on display in my SMOKE FREE, PET FREE DOLL ROOM protected from sunlight & temperature extremes. I can send you additional photos upon request. This doll is not photographed but is described in detail on page 117 of the book MADAME ALEXANDER COLLECTOR’S DOLLS by Patricia Smith, under the paragraph “Binnie Walker”. She is listed as being 25″ tall—the doll is 24″—her original white cotton jersey stocking cap would have made her 25 tall, it is not included. She came to me without her original hat and sweater. 20 Cissy Doll 1958 (Doll Only). I found her wearing her Flowery painted gown and hat (they are in separate listings). She can be seen on page 137 in “Cissy Reference Rarities Restoration” and page 39 of “The Cissy Files” by Kiley Ruwe Shaw. She is in non play, lovely condition. The only flaw is a separation on outside left knee. She has been restrung with new bands, otherwise all original gorgeous face, eyes and wig. Very clean and no odors. This is my favorite doll and gown made for Cissy by Madame Alexander. She is the one I fell in love with at first sight. 1956 Brunette Up-do with tie backs, re-blushed and gently sealed. Original lashes, brows and lips. Very sturdy doll with a nice solid weight and no cracks or splits. Gown shows no fading and has not been laundered. Even the pink satin lining, bra insert and exposed shoulders show a nice even pink color. Original slip and attached panties with good elastic. NOTE: There are two small tears in the tulle measuring less than 1 inch. NOTE: This doll has pierced ears… Original had flatback rhinestone earrings. I will either include rhinestone drop earrings or glue on flatback rhinestone earrings for you… Just let me know at. No odors, no pets, non-smoking home. This is a vintage Madame Alexander doll. Cissy is a beautiful blonde she has amazing full wig with original curl beautiful blue eyes and rosy red lips. This is Cissy by Madame Alexander, circa 1950′s. She is hard plastic with vinyl arms. She is strung well. She has no odors. Her wig is excellent and in it’s original set. Her face is clean with nice coloring. She has full eyelashes. Her eyes are clear and clean. They open and close but do not close all the way. The only mark on her face is a small one near her right eye (see photo). She has full painted features. She comes with her original diamond earrings. Her body and limbs have nice coloring and are in excellent condition with no breaks, cracks or distracting marks. There is a tear in the vinyl under her right arm where it enters her body (see photo). She comes with her original tagged “Cissy” gown. It is in very nice and clean condition. I have carefully checked the netting at the bottom part of the gown and do not see any holes or tears. There is one flower on the front of her gown. I think the other flowers are missing. She also comes with her original slip and nylons. These are also in very nice condition with no problems. She is missing her shoes. Really a beautiful doll! Stunning Vintage Cissy Doll dressed in a gown of yellow slipper satin, and affectionately known as “Yellow-Topaz” by collectors. She has gorgeous coloring and is an early painted doll with a Yardley styled auburn wig that looks lovely with the yellow satin gown. She has nice even color throughout. The arms and head were restrung, and the body has NO splits or cracks. She has been reblushed, and is a truly. Lovely doll with skin tone that compliments her red wig nicely. There is no yellowing to original sealant. Her lips were re-glossed as well. Her blush was resealed, and she has the original velvet patina on her forehead. Her eyes are blue-green. She has all original lashes, and eyebrows. Her eye-shadow was enhanced to even it out, so that both eyes match. She has her beautiful auburn wig with original hair ties and spanner bar, and it is in the original set. The lower curls at the nape of her neck were retied. Her hair is long and full, and has many generous curls. She has her original hooped slip with restitched elastic. She has her original tulle muff with the original floral spray. She has her original necklace, and the silver trim was reinforced where it was fraying from age. The earrings are replacements made from pieces of the originals that were disintegrating. She has her original gold heels with the original elastic. This is a beautiful gown with lots of fabric that displays beautifully. It does have some lighter colored shadow spots, probably from steam or water at some time. There is an age spot on the lower front of the gown, which I have pictured. The gown is tagged and has all the original snaps. The doll is from a smoke-free environment. The doll is free of smoke smells, or other odors. There is no doll stand included. Up for sale is a Gorgeous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy Doll. Stunning All Original Cissy she is as Near Mint as Near Mint can be. All Original with crystal blue eyes with full lashes, infused face with high color blush, rosy red lips, blushed hands and knees and perfect body with no cracks, splits or repairs. Golden blonde hair that is curly and fluffy with darling little crimped curls around her face. This Gorgeous Girl will be the Star of any Collection. She is 20 tall with a hard plastic body and vinyl sleeved arms. She is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows , hips and knees. She is so Gorgeous that I couldn’t resist dressing her. Handmade , vintage patterned dress. The upper front portion of the fitted bodice is made of vintage white cotton organdy and lined with white taffeta. The full skirt has an attached and gathered red net under slip. The dress closes with 2 hand sewn snaps in the back. It is well made of quality fabric, serged seams and details. Next I bought her a hat and matching purse from rtrorich, Richard’s Originals. The hat is an all vintage veiled ivory straw with an applied lacy horse hair brim edge and tulle scarf. The crown has a vintage spray of off white cloth petal flowers, red cloth roses and rhinestone accents. It has vintage silk veiling. The matching bag has double strap handles and corsage with rhinestones. I also bought her a red rhinestone necklace, but I have arthritis in my hands and couldn’t get the clasp open, but I will include it. Also new is her red strappy sandals. She also comes with a vintage hatbox with gloves, curlers and comb inside, original panties, original seamed stockings, original can can petticoat, original faux pearl necklace and original faux emerald ring.
