We offer for your consideration a gently displayed, vintage 1959, I believe, Cissy doll wearing her stunning untagged Cissy richly brocaded gown. Her face is lovely and even tone with highly blushed cheeks. Her face’s tone is a more tan/yellow color than the remaining torso and limbs. Her lips are full and unfaded. Her molded eyelashes are intact and undamaged. Her eyebrows are nice, dark, and distinct. Her hair is very close to the original style with full dark brunette curls styled into a thick and full wig with no thinning areas. Her hair is pulled back into the original barette. — She is a vision of beauty. Her long dangling rhinestone earrings are intact and really highlight her timeless classic face. The earrings left no sign of green in her ears. Likewise, her matching ring has not discolored her finger at all. Her stringing is nice and tight. Her arms are well connected and pose beautifully. Her legs are well attached. Her head is well attached, but it is probably attached a little too tightly. — —- You can see that she was well preserved and treated like a queen. She is from a pet and smoke free home. Her unclouded eyes are bright, engaging, and she is mostly intact. Her coloring is even in color and very displayable. — —Her two tone eyes are exquisite and framed by totally intact molded eyelashes and lower painted lashes. Her skin tone is light and even throughout all of her face, the torso, her arms, and legs. I can see she is mostly free of splits or cracks in her plastic legs, knees, and hips, and thighs. In one of the photos you will see a small split in the hidden area of her right upper thigh right in the middle, out of view, spot. Her arms are the type of arms used on the 1959 Cissy mold. Her fingertips could possibly use a gentle cleaning. —–This doll is one of hundreds of dolls we bought from an adult lady collector downsizing her estate. Please note, she is as close to very displayable as you can find for a 65 year-old doll. You can see that her formal gown is an incredible and very displayable condition. It is free of snags, holes, or thinning. I did find two discolored spots on the back left sleeve, which is near the snap buttons. I would like to add two additional photos of the spots, as well as the fraction of an inch which could be remended or left as is. It is at the gathered waist area in the back. —-The blue side sash is nicely attached to the mid-bodice of her dress. The sash shows the lightest amount of spotting along the bottom three inches. The four snap buttons in the back are well attached. Her bright white gloves are bright, full, and show no signs of age. Her heels are fresh, displayable, and still enjoy stretchy elastic. Her panties and two slips are most likely replacements. They are not on the level of elegance as the coronation gown. They do have stretchy elastic. Her tulle half slip ties on, and it flares out the skirt on her dress very nicely. Her entire outfit is free of odors, issues, or signs of discoloration. — Her pantyhose are intact and undamaged. Her bright white gloves appear factory fresh, or close to it, the bright white is incredible paired with the deep brocade fabric of her dress. The glitter decorated heels and both of her shoes are close to factory fresh with very stretchy elastic straps. The crisp slip is still bright, very clean, and still has a stretchy elastic waist. The panties appear still bright with stretchy waist. —-She was only rarely removed from her showcase by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. Her head poses nicely, and it has a very stable connection. She could possibly use restringing; her stringing is too tight to properly display for many years to come. Her arms are very poseable. Her legs are well connected. —Her dress shows no noticeable signs of age related discoloration; it is incredibly rare and beautiful. I do not see any obvious thinning areas of fabric. —She shows no damage, chews, stains, marks, or splits. Here for your consideration is a vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander 20 Cissy Doll in very nice condition. Cissy is hard plastic with vinyl poseable arms. She is strung nicely and can even stand alone in her heels once positioned. She has sleep eyes that open & close on their own with full upper lashes that may be slightly irregular or missing a few partial hairs? Eyelids may be a bit “bumpy”. Beautiful painted lips with a hint of blushed cheeks. She also has blushed’ knees and top of hands. Her blonde shiny hair is in it’s original set with vintage flowers entwined. Wig has “lifted” just a tad bit on both sides of face(needs a bit of glue). I’ve dressed Cissy in a “new” handmade to fit custom tea length skirt with matching blouse(made by a talented Ebayer). Underneath she wears a beautiful custom made to fit full lace slip with matching panties and half slip crinoline. I’ve also added a beautiful “Richard’s Original’s” green straw hat with matching handbag. Also included is a vintage rhinestone ring and replaced pink heels on her feet. We offer for your consideration a gently displayed 1952 only vintage Madame Alexander 29 complete soft plastic vinyl and cloth Alice in Wonderland doll. She is stunning and was well preserved by the original owner. She was not a play doll and only a display doll. Her highly blushed cheeks are exquisite and perfectly round. Her hair is long, thick, and set in the original style with only a few fly away hairs you may want to restyle. He eyes are bright, engaging, and unclouded. She appears so fresh, clean, and displayable; she looks like she was made just 10 years ago. Her tagged dress is satiny, clean, and in amazing condition. The sleeve ends are still stretchy. The white apron pinafore is bright, white, and beautiful. She displays perfectly in her custom made, original, and tagged blue dress. Her dress and panties are bright and attractive clothes with well attached snap buttons on the dress. You can see her tights are most likely original- they fit her so perfectly; the waist is still stretchy, and they show no wear, discoloration, or age. Her original shiny black Mary Jane shoes fit her well, and they are totally intact and clean. The bottom of both of her shoes is a soft sole. She was displayed on a chair by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. She is free of any odors, issues, or blemishes. Her blonde hair is still tied back in her original bow with a lovely style of long soft curls. Her hair is full and well attached to her wig cap. Her face is an even color with a bright and even blush. Her sleep eyes open and close easily; they are unclouded with totally intact eyelashes. She shows no noticeable age or discoloration. We left her as is to preserve her in the original found condition. She shows no issues or flaws. Her cloth body is sparkling in the condition and absolutely clean and gloroius. Her coloration is much more bright and blushed than she appears in her photos. She is complete with no chews, splits, or obvious damage. She does not have any open seams or major noticeable detracting negatives. Her hair is uncut and close to the original style. We listed two other Edith/ Kelly/ Marybel face dolls this week from the same collection. She is truly one of a kind in her condition. Her face is colored exactly the same as her limbs. Her lips and cheeks are highly blushed. Her lips are full and pink. She appears flawless until I really scrutinized her. In one sof the photos you may see several smudges or marks on the left side of her forehead. I did not even notice until my daughter pointed it out. She has a real small minor thinned spot, or hole, on the top of her tights near the waist. The tights are thick and strong, so it does not affect the integrity of her bright white tights. She also has a small smudge or mark on the top back of one of her arms. Thank goodness for the young eyes of our 13 gear-old daughter. She pointed out these little unnoticeable blemishes. This doll is one of hundreds of dolls from an adult lady collector. She is moving and downsizing her vast doll collection. Many of the these dolls are from the 1920s through the 1960s; they may show some minor age for their age because they are between 100 and 60 years of age. Many of these were from the original owner’s collection of displayed, but not played with, dolls. Some of the older dolls were from her mother’s collection. VINTAGE 1950s MADAME ALEXANDER 24 WINNIE WALKER DOLL CISSY FACE ALL ORIGINAL. Darling vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander 24 Winnie Walker doll in wonderful condition. This Winnie Walker came from her 74 year old original owner’s estate and has been stored for decades in her MA box. She still has her little hat box with metal award coin and tag inside. She is an early Winnie doll with no maker marks on her. Her head turns side to side when you move her legs. Her arms are a bit faded, and there are some tiny (pin head size) marks on the back of one leg. Other than that she’s perfect! Her face paint is flawless with rosy cheeks and red lips. Her brunette wig is shiny, full, and in the original curly hair-do. The organdy pink dress is beautiful, but the tag has been removed. The doll is also wearing a pink satin slip with matching bloomers, and her little center snap fuzzy shoes are very nice. The doll and clothing are clean with no unpleasant odors. The bottom of the box is well intact, but does have a couple splits; the lid is missing most of the edges. This is a gorgeous example of a 1950s Madame Alexander CISSY doll. From a time gone by when little girls played with dolls and their mommies helped make clothes for them. The doll is in excellent condition and still has nice blush on her face hands and knees. This is all original and has not been touched up! I did replace a few eyelashes on her right eye and there is a pin head size dot on her right breast (see picture) which I believe is a mold flaw. She has gorgeous dark red hair and her original tagged chemise which has had a few holes repaired in the lace. She will come with many one of a kind handmade outfits which include a gorgeous wedding gown and 9 pairs of shoes. I love all of the vintage fabrics that were used! She also has a pair of original sunglasses. The doll and clothing have all been recently cleaned and are free of stains and odors. Some of the clothing may need a snap or a stitch or two but all are in good clean condition. Shoes are in excellent condition with good elastic. As far as I can tell most are original Cissy shoes except for maybe one pair. There are a few other pieces of clothing not pictured. The doll is in excellent condition, clean and free from outrageous smells as is her wedding outfit, which has NO tears, holes, or imperfections. The headband to which the veil is attached. However, has two small holes; one on each side. She’s a walker, which means she moves her head from side to side as you move her legs in a walking motion.
