Alexander-Kins Alex Wendy Quiz Kin Doll Straight Leg Non Walker 1953. 7 1/2 Alexander-Kins Wendy Quiz-Kin Redhead Doll from 1953. MA only made Quiz-kins in 1953. Back is marked ALEX. Straight leg non-walker, her legs move nicely, She has been restrung. There are two push buttons on her back. The top button moves her head up & down, the bottom button moves her head from side to side, she is a yes no doll. Works perfectly (see video). Red hair in the original curly flip style of the 50′s with a faux floral headband. Early heavier body with just a few scratches and aged related fading (see pictures closely). Blue sleep eyes with molded lashes, painted lower lashes & brows. Eyes sometimes need manual help (see video). Heart shaped cherry red mouth and blushed cheeks. MA tagged pink organdy dress wraps around her waist and ties in the back. One little tear on her dress hem (see pics) and a very light stain. Off white suedette side snap shoes and off white socks. She is clean smelling. A darling early Wendy Quiz-Kins to add to your collection. Smoke free pet free home. Vtg 1950′s Madame Alexander ELISE 15 Doll Hard Plastic w Jointed Vinyl Body. Doll is in nice clean working condition. She has not been restrung and still has her original band inside arms. Her eyes are nice and bright with full lashes. She has a light complexion with nice face paint. Her joints are good. It does take a bit of gentle pressure to put her in a sitting position. I put the right leg in first then the left leg goes more easily. Other than that, she will need a doll stand to display. Her outfit is not tagged and is a beautiful sea blue green color. It appears to be made of organdy where her slip is made of satin. I’ve replaced her nylons and shoes. She comes with a nice faux white shawl. She is a very nice doll. Vintage Madame Alexander Margaret face bride 14 doll. The doll is wearing a wedding gown with satin bodice, puffy tulle sleeves, two tiered tulle skirt over taffeta petticoat, panties, stockings, satin slippers, bouquet in right hand, woven embroidered cap with flower and leaf. The doll is in excellent condition, the dress needs some cleaning and has a small tear (see picture #11). Walking style body, head moves when walking.
