I have beautiful features & coloring, with a gentle refreshed blush. My lustrous blonde wig is in a formal style with the sides pulled up into a top knot and falling into thick curls at the nape. As you can see, I have clear turquoise eyes. The negligee is a pink froth of lace and highlights my beauty. The corset is made with a modesty panel and closes in the back with a zipper. I chose special shoes for my ensemble. For my jewelry, I chose pink diamondearrings with a matching necklace, bracelet, and ring. My ring is a clip-on ring that my owner bought years ago for me. I love my little hatbox! As you can see, it is beautifully made and was the inspiration for my negligee and my accessories. I love pink and blue together! I would be a wonderful doll for you. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Bent knee Cissette Doll. #900 in original box with Cissette Brochure. In my opinion I would say she is as close to unplayed with/mint as you are likely to find. She has obviously been well cared for. That said, let me introduce you to. She is dressed in a tagged lace Chemise, Stockings and High Heels. I measured her height to be 9 1/2 top of her head to the bottom of her heals. Her auburn hair is in the original style with curls and attached pink bow. Her face is beautiful with exceptional coloring and blue eyes. Lace chemise is in excellent condition free of tears or stains with crispy unfrayed tag. Her stockings are free of any damage as are her plastic silver high heels. Her body is clean and undamaged with original coloring (no fading). Her stringing is tight and will hold position when posed. All the elastic on chemise and high heels is unstretched. Her box is in excellent condition free of any broken corners, or marks. The box even has some of the original pink tissue paper lining, included is the original cardboard neck brace. This doll is ready to be prominately displayed in any serious collector’s collection. Very Hard To Find Rare Evening Gown on original Doll. 1955 Golden Caped Gown. Has a few issues. Missing the two metal brad on gown straps. Replaced gold cord on cape. Shoes and stocking not original. Slip has attached panties. Boning needs to be ironed. Dolls eyes are turned but hauntingly beautiful. The hair is excellent and original. She has a thin split on one knee as shown. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. I try to mention anything I see, but please read the description and look at the pictures. Here for your consideration is a vintage 10 Madame Alexander Presents Cissette Doll from the 50′s. This is #973 that I believe came out around 1957 or so. This doll has blonde hair in the original fancy do and blue eyes. Her facial paint is amazing for her age with rosy cheeks and pink lips. She is wearing a black velvet strapped gown trimmed in black sequins. Topping that is a white ermine capelet adorned with flowers. She has sparkling rhinestone drop earrings and a matching bracelet. She has white underwear, a blue slip, hose and black strappy heeled sandals. This is a beautiful little doll. There is some faint black staining on her torso from the black gown and she has a slightly musty odor but not too bad. Her hangtag is missing but there is a booklet showcasing the Cissette dolls. Box is original but in pretty rough shape… I will include a custom stand that is a fair match to the doll. Please ask any questions you may have and let the pictures be your guide. Cissy is a stunner, and shes all ready to dance the night away in a demure pink pleated tulle and taffeta gown with floral, lace, and pearl trim. She has her original gown, undergarments, shoes, and stockings, all in very good condition. Cissy was my late mothers childhood doll, and as you can see, she was only taken out of the box to admire and not for play. She had one owner for all these years, and now we are hoping to find a new owner to love and admire her. She has been kept in storage. As such, there is a bit of dustiness on the dolls arms, a small mark on one calf, and a bit of grayish dust/marking where the neck and head connect (see photos). Additional photos are available if needed upon request. Also, it appears that the wig is pulling away from the head at one temple, but this is barely noticeable. This item is in excellent, undisplayed condition. There are no stains or tears and is gorgeous! The doll is NOT for sale. This outstanding ensemble was made by an unknown seamstress. I cannot find a tag to give her/him credit. Hopefully they will see this and let me know so I can share with you. The dress is floor length. Please forgive my pitiful attempts at photographing this because I haven’t done it justice. It is beyonf description gorgeous! It has a dark lilac tulle over a lavender organdy dress with capped sleeves. There are two rhinestones over a tulle adornment on the neckline. Flowers grace the shoulders as well as a floral swag down the left side from the waist. A pink taffeta petticoat with a ruffled tulle that matches the dress is included. Finally, lavender gauntlets and an almost purple velvet hair bow with pins to attach it, see pic. This comes from a smoke-free home. Thank you for looking.
