VNTG 1953 Madame Alexanderkins Strung Doll Tosca / Lt Auburn Triple Stitch Wig. This 1953 chonky heavy little beauty is in Excellent GORGEOUS condition. Her Tosca color hair is very nice, (looks more red in photos than in real life) She has slightly rosy cheeks still. Her eyes work perfectly. No major stains or splits, her body has some imperfections from original manufacture that look like scratches, but they are not, and normal for this plastic. She is simply GORGEOUS. Stringing is nice, holds a pose well. Pix don’t do justice. Please see all pix as they serve as part of description. All items are listed as-is. Comes from Smoke free home. I forgot to mention there is a small dent that is covered by her hair on left temple. Truly hard to see unless her hair is really pulled back. This is a stunning 9 Madame Alexander Cissette Doll in a lovely O. Utfit that I call her Spring Outfit. She has her original auburn triple stitched Wig. Beautiful bright Face coloring with green gray Eyes that open and close freely and pearl earrings. Her Body is in excellent condition and tightly strung. Both Knees bend fine. Cissette is wearing a tagged polished cotton and lace yellow Dress with square snaps down the back. Slip, Undies, Nylons, Cissette type yellow Shoes and fabulous vintage Hat completes her Outfit. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall, made of hard plastic with soft vinyl jointed arms. She is stunning in her lemon yellow dotted swiss dress with white puffed sleeves. Black velvet bows on her skirt and velvet laced through eyelet around her neck was added. Under the dress is a white nylon taffeta slip and undies. Nice tight Cissy stockings and black Cissy shoes. Her face is gorgeous with high cheek color, full lashes, full red mouth and matte finish. Her deep auburn hair is pulled back to her neck and is tied with a black velvet bow. Her accessories are a black straw hat with yellow flowers, black straw bag and lemon yellow nylon gloves. Her only jewelry is a pair of gold ball earrings. She has had a spa day to enhance her face. Her beautiful dress was made from vintage fabric. Dress, slip and undies were done by an excellent seamstress. Doll has no cracks, no odors and is clean. From smoke free home. This is a 1956 all original 20 Cissy doll by Madame Alexander wearing Theater Set. Her auburn hair is in its original uncombed style. Her face is matte with red lips and gorgeous blue-green eyes. Her eyelashes are intact and eyes open and close. She has blush on her cheeks and on both her knees. Her elbows and knees are jointed. Her left knee bends nicely and her right knee bends with more effort but not as far. There is a small mark on her bottom (see photo) that I believe may have been a factory flaw that was touched up (as noticed under 10x loupe). There are no cracks, splits, or odors. She holds a pose nicely. Her tagged aqua taffeta dress is vibrant (no fading) with all 4 square snaps intact. Her half slip and underpants are in excellent condition with great elastic. Her cream satin coat has some age in color including some fading of the bow by the neck. But the lining is as vibrant as her dress. The gold edge of the lace on the coat sleeves is loose, but it is still there. There is a small hole on the back of her right sleeve and a small pulled thread on the back of the coat. The fastener on the coat is intact. No spots or stains noted on her outfit. Her nylons are in good condition. On her right foot there are two small round holes in the nylons, one by her big toe and the other just above. Her shoes are gold. The elastic has stretched, but there is still some stretch to the elastic. The gold paper covering one of the soles is in fair condition. All in all she is a beautiful doll. For your vintage 20 Madame Alexander Cissy doll is this very nice auburn or red haired short chignon wig. It has been cleaned and restyled. New ties at the side and a new spanner bar. The wig cap is intact. The wig is not cut, nor is it bald in any areas. It may need a little further restyling at the turn under in the back, as it is hard to get it perfect until it is on a doll. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Original tagged Cissy blue taffeta dress. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched auburn red wig in curls with bangs, the hair is swept up on the top with tight curls and long curls down the back. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and closes with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing her original tagged blue taffeta dress with full circle skirt. Underneath is a hard to find taffeta hoop skirt petticoat and cute nylon panties with lace insert and trim, she has blue plastic molded high heel shoes.
