Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall, made of hard plastic with soft vinyl jointed arms. She is stunning in her lemon yellow dotted swiss dress with white puffed sleeves. Black velvet bows on her skirt and velvet laced through eyelet around her neck was added. Under the dress is a white nylon taffeta slip and undies. Nice tight Cissy stockings and black Cissy shoes. Her face is gorgeous with high cheek color, full lashes, full red mouth and matte finish. Her deep auburn hair is pulled back to her neck and is tied with a black velvet bow. Her accessories are a black straw hat with yellow flowers, black straw bag and lemon yellow nylon gloves. Her only jewelry is a pair of gold ball earrings. She has had a spa day to enhance her face. Her beautiful dress was made from vintage fabric. Dress, slip and undies were done by an excellent seamstress. Doll has no cracks, no odors and is clean. From smoke free home. Cissy is truly a vision in yellow tulle, as sweet as lemon, meringue pie. Her gown is mint (no holes, vibrant in color), as well as her gold foil high heel shoes! NO touch-ups, beautiful matte complexion with deep cheek coloring. She has original beautiful coloring on the palms of her hands too, as well as on her knees. Wonderful wispy, thin painted eyebrows and hints of dark Smokey eye shadow. Her lemon yellow gown is enhanced with a square, softly, pleated collar with a flower corsage on either side! Her net tulle, pleated, Cumberbun is accented with a cascading corsage! The flowers have the original staples and thin wire to hold it in place. Theres a 4, square snap closure in the rear. Her gown is completely lined in stiff, yellow organdy! Her gown is vibrantly tagged, Cissy, Madame Alexander, on the inside, rear, petticoat seam. Her lemon yellow, stiff, crinoline, petticoat has a wide, ruffled, Val lace flounce on the inside. It has another layer of overlapping, ruffled, yellow net tulle matching her gown exactly! Pristine, yellow, taffeta panties with Belgium Val Lace trim! Original, tear-drop, diamond earrings and diamond, stud bracelet! Mint, original gold high heels in un-stretched condition! I never kept this doll on a doll stand. Original, sexy, back-seam, hosiery in excellent condition! Cissy carries a stunning RTRORICH, Lucite purse! It contains exquisite, yellow velvet spring flowers, and a diamond stud! I dont even know if Richard still makes these awesome purses! 20 Inch, seven-piece adult body. She’s wearing a gorgeous Lemon Tulle dress that is wrapped at the waist to create an attached sash. It is accented with a garland swag of pink and white flowers at the waist and at the neck. She is wearing the original velvet ribbon in her hair which is in an updo with separate bangs. Cissy has pierced ears, a rhinestone bracelet and a ring. Everything that is on the doll is original, not replaced. The doll has no cracks, splits, or stains, not even at the knees or at the hip. She has simply gorgeous coloring with sparkling blue eyes and all her eyelashes. The hair is in original set and its lovely. The bow is just perfect and completes the hairstyle excellently. The dress was hard to photograph and it is actually a more vibrant yellow in person. The dress is just stunning and it sits out so nice and full. The flowers are excellent and show very little age. On the right side in back of the flowers are two areas of damage to the tulle. I believe that it is possible the wire of the flowers caught in the tulle when it was being stored which caused the tears. I’ve photographed this for you to see. Luckily, these areas do tuck into the dress nicely since the tulle is so full. Unless you pull the tulle out and look for it, the tears will never be seen when displaying this lovely doll. I’ve also shown a close-up of how this looks folded in which is the next to the last photo shown. As stated above the yellow color is prettier in person. In the folds the color is a little brighter in some places but it is not overly. And does not detract from the beauty of the dress. Under the dress Cissy wears the correct yellow bloomers and slip. The elastic did relax with age so I have pinned the slip in the back and now it stays up perfectly. The bloomers stay up just fine with out the need for pinning. The hose are in great shape and Cissy comes with beautiful gold heels. The heels are in really good condition with just the slightest relaxation to the elastic. Lastly Cissy’s wears beautiful all original rhinestone jewelry. The earrings have a beautiful shine and are just so fancy! The ring is in excellent condition as is the bracelet and both have nice shiny rhinestones that have not dulled. All together this is such a stunning doll that will stand out in your collection.
