This is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy “1958 Camellia Ballgown ” she has blonde hair in her original hair set with pink fabric flowers. She has light bluish green sleep eyes with full black lashes, she has great facial color in her pink cheeks and lips, she has her original earrings, bracelet and necklace with no missing clear rhinestones, she has her original tagged Madame Alexander Camellia Dress with 4 square snap closers (does not look like dress has been laundered), no rips, holes or stains noted, also is her velvet pink wrap with matching lining, original panties, hoop skirt and pantyhose, new ring and she is MISSING her shoes. Cissy is in great shape with NO cracks or splits anywhere, please refer to pictures as well as ask any questions. Really hate to part with this beauty, comes from a smoke free home, she will be insured for her value. Gorgeous vintage Madame Alexander 18″ all hard plastic “Flower Girl doll in all original outfit. She is a hardly seen, rare special edition from 1954. She is marked “Alexander” on the back of the head. Her strawberry blond wig is glued on, and I believe that makes her a “Winnie Walker” doll with a Cissy face. Her head turns side to side when you move her legs, and she is jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. Her stringing is tight and the walking mechanism works well. There are no split seams or cracks, and all fingers and toes are intact. She is wearing her original tulle over taffeta lace trimmed gown with matching bloomers, tulle hoop slip, silky socks and original satin shoes with center snaps. The outfit is in very nice condition with no rips, holes or stains, but the hoop on the slip is a bit out of round. The doll and clothing are clean. Her face is exceptionally pretty with good color, and sleep eyes work fine. There is a tiny nick on the tip of her nose, but other than that, no damage to speak of. Your 1950s Cissy Bridesmaid Doll is wearing her all-original (including the flowers which are often replaced) bridesmaid outfit, which is complete — dress, veil, stockings, bouquet, and shoes. One shoe’s elastic has some stretching going on. She has the sweetest face and perfect makeup and coloring. She has gorgeously-styled auburn hair — which is the most desirable of hair colorings for this doll. For a doll of her age, she sure looks great, and her outfit shows no yellowing, aging, tears, or stains other than a tiny pinpoint spot. Here you have my best good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind, though, that vintage/antique items always show their age — Don’t we all! ? — so please expect that there will be something about this item that’s not perfect. I believe the outfit is Wendy Ann and the face to this doll is the Margaret face. She is in excellent condition and her face is just perfect (rarely seen) and her hair is perfect as well. She wears her original outfit which is mostly in tact. However, the lace around her arms has some issues as does the head piece (see images). Her stringing is tight and she closes her eyes nicely.
