LOVELY MADAME ALEXANDER 19″ – 20″ VINTAGE CISSY DOLL – 2 TAGGED ITEMS & EXTRAS. Take a good look at the pictures and my written info. This is a Beautiful Cissy Doll with extra clothes for her… I believe she is around 1958 and she is wearing a chimese. She comes with her tagged yellow dress and her yellow homemade slip… She comes with a white long sleeve shirt with a pleated shirt and a belt which are homemade… There is also a blue blouse and a tagged orange/red type long pants and the blouse has a type of stain in back… She has type of blonde type hair, beautiful green/blue color eyes, has her eyelashes, her eyes are wonderful, has knees bend and bend elbows, she has no cracks in legs or arms, only when looking inside hip area there is some on legs at ends… But this has been there for a long time… She has the only white pair of shoes she is wearing and there is no others.. Oh, I forgot to meantion the clothes are for sale, but (my clothes stands are not included — last picture) & not included is the stand that my doll is on.. Everything is in good shape.. This listing is for the beautiful Sleeping Beauty doll in her original box with tissue paper! Only issued in 1959 and rarely found in this 20 size. I have decided to part with her as I just haven’t been able to display her as she deserves. Sleeping Beauty is in beautiful un-played with condition. Her outfit is in excellent condition and I believe retains all the original accessories! Doll is stunning, beautiful facial coloring. Clear eyes, clean body with no cracks or splits that I can see. (I will not remove her clothing as I do not think it’s ever been removed) Her stringing is good, arms are the one piece type, not jointed at the elbows. Her hair is bright and maintains it’s original set beautifully! The heavy slipper satin dress has begun the fading process which happens to these dolls but the affect is actually kind of pretty! I do not see any issues or markings on the dress. She has her full slip underneath as seen. Original crown has been wrapped in it’s own tissue paper and appears to be mint. Necklace and ring are original and I assume have never been removed. Her beautiful lace cape is present and i don’t think it’s ever been removed either as the tie under the chin is solid and does not look to have been altered or undone. Stockings and gold heels are present and minty. Tissue paper pieces include bottom box layer, a small wadded section which acts as a pillow for her head, the piece which protects the crown, and 2 folded sheets which cover the entire top of the doll. Original cardboard insert is also present. Box shows aging and wear. Several of the corners along the bottom are split but the upward corners appear to be sturdy as they don’t collapse or buckle. Lid is missing one side lip as seen. Original sticker on box is stamped SLEEPING BEAUTY. Original wrist tag still attached to wrist. It is foiled on one side as seen.. Both sides are quite beautiful! This is a gorgeous never played with Madame Alexander-kins hard to find 1962 Gibson Girl Doll. She measures 9 and all original with tagged outfit. She has fabulous face coloring with eyes that open and close easily, bright pink cheeks, no rubs and rhinestone earrings and rhinestone ring dot. Her purple outfit is in excellent condition with blouse, velvet skirt, slip, undies, nylons and black shoes, some elastic stretch to the shoes and few marks on the skirt that might brush out, see photo. Offered is vintage Madame Alexander Cissy, circa 1950s. She measures 20tall with vinyl arms and hard plastic body. Cissy is in very good condition all joints work, no odor, no splits only some very light overall soiling and two fingers on her left hand have tiny black spots (ink, I think). Her wig is nice and full and she retains her original pearl tear-drop earrings. Beautiful color with full lashes. She comes with her original (untagged) undies as shown. A very nice example! The outfit she was wearing when found… Tagged red polished cotton dress, flocked petticoat, one shoe and one stocking… Please view photos carefully as they are the most important part of the description. You will not be disappointed, as many of these dolls are beautiful collectible treasures! A True Beauty by all rights! Lovely vintage brunette Cissette with original triple-zigzag stitched wig and flawless complexion! She has high-color rosy cheeks, pretty lashes and brows, blue sleep-eyes that open and close easily with peach eyelids. Cissette looks stunning in her blue and white polka dot ruffled dress, lined in white organdy and trimmed with a blue satin bow at the bodice. On her head, she wears the correct coordinating navy cloche hat trimmed with white flowers. Under her dress Cissette wears original seamed stockings, satin slip and panties and her original navy and silver scrappy sandals. This particular outfit is documented in. Marjorie Merod’s book on page 148, as one of the Mystery Beauties. Similar in style as #909 of 1957. Cissette also has her original pearl earrings and an added repo pearl chocker/bracelet. The doll is in wonderful, clean vintage condition and displays beautifully. A stand will be included. No odors, smoke free environment.
