She is a vintage 18 Madame Alexander Sonja Henie doll – jointed at neck, arms and legs, having clear sleep. Eyes with all lashes present, very nice blonde mohair wig with lots of curls. Clothing is vintage but not original, includes. Sturdy cotton dress with row of buttons in back, blue taffeta panties, no petticoat. Socks and side snap shoes are. Vintage – shoes are in rough condition with outer soles missing on both. She needs some TLC, but is well worth your effort. She has faint craze lines across face, and few. White spots on body. Listing features a vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissy doll and tagged coat, dress, slip, earrings and panties. Doll is in good used condition with the following items to mention. Some missing left lashes. Head tilt – needs restringing. Possibly a bit of sun fade to face. Coat and dress are excellent as far as intact and needing no repair but do have some very light spotting which I tried to capture. Elastic in slip and panties stretched. Doll wig is in excellent original set condition but probably needs cleaning. Doll body is in excellent condition with no noted other issues. Be sure to scroll down to see all the pictures. Here is Cissy wearing outfit #2141 from 1956. The doll’s rosy cheeks and coloring is all original. The top of her hair is still in original set with metal band. The bottom of her hair needs restyling. Her eyes open and close fine and she has all her eyelashes. She does not have any seam splits on legs, body or head. She does have two splits in the middle of her back. I can’t image how they got there. You can see these in the photo. She still has rosy knees. Her navy taffeta dress is still crisp and nice. It may have a little dust at the waistline folds. Snaps are tight and it is tagged. The organdy cape is nice with no stains. The correct watch is still attached to the waist. The elastic in her lace slip has loosened and I pinned it. Her underpants elastic is tight. The hat flowers maybe a little crushed and it is missing a few of the little buds. No holes or split seams. She comes with gloves, stocking and original earrings. She has a Margaret face and is made of hard plastic and wears a tagged ballet outfit and original shoes. She is still quite nicely strung (her head can tilt slightly) and she stands 14 tall. She was made in the USA circa 1950. Her hair is very perfect and eyes open and close very nicely. She was in a case and is in very nice condition. Smoke free home, no box or tag. You are purchasing a Madame Alexander Alexander Kins Doll Rare Watko Patio Swing Set Wendy Nice with my moms large display of cissette and alexanderkins furniture made by watko. This swing is very hard to find Measure 10″ H x13″L. Very displayable item shown with Wendy kin + Cissette but they are not included just to show you how it will display. Condition: Vinyl is really nice its soft no stiff and no major flaws in it. Fringe is all there is has some soiling/age some pieces need to be brush down its minor. Metal works there is small areas of tarnish and rust specs but its here and there not all over and mostly on the back side of the chair and bottom. Nothing broken or missing. About 20 tall, Cissy doll for partial restoration. No bad smell whatsoever! Please read all: Stringing acceptable, head very slightly loose. 2 small cracks in legs at top that do not show unless you bend doll way over to find them (see photo). Ink mark above left hand (when looking at doll). Arms are somewhat dirty, face has a few small marks and one white dot (lighter than blush) on cheek color (left). Lips and hazel eyes nice (see lash photos), hair needs styling or new wig altogether. Marked Alexander on back of head under hair. Eyes open and close, legs and arms work fine, body in nice condition, no splits (other than above mention at leg top). Each ear has a hole for earrings, but no earrings. One knee has blush the other not. Some photos are a little dark due to weather here, I can add photos on request at bottom. Great vintage Cissy if you don’t mind a little restoration! For your consideration; A beautiful Auburn hair Cissy doll from 1958…. This pretty Cissy retains her original blush and she has clear blue eyes. All eyelashes are present. She has pierced ears and would look pretty with rhinestone studs added. I have placed a vintage red ribbon in her hair. She has no cracks, splits or odors. Her head is a bit loose, although she still poses easily. Her hair retains her original spanner. She has no odors and is from a smoke free, pet free home. This 8 strung Madame Alexander doll is from the early 1950′s. She’s been very gently played with. Hair is in its original set, bit mussed. Body is fine but does have a few dark spots by ankles probably from the black shoes she wore. She’s well strung and a type of heavier doll made in the early days. Her makeup is fine and eyes open and close easily. She comes with her original black side snap shoes (snaps are working). The clothes are not tagged and in played with shape.
