Maggie Is Happy… It’s Almost Summer! Check this cutie out, in her beautiful, original tagged outfit! The white organdy blouse with ruffle-tiered sleeves has a square neckline, buttons at the back, and it’s decorated with the original pink velvet bow. There are rhinestones sprinkled on the waistband & front of the skirt. This adorable outfit is in outstanding condition, with no holes, rips, tears or odors. Underneath Maggie wears a stiff taffeta slip (not original, and probably homemade) which is a bit too long for this skirt, but a slight “hike” at the waist does the trick! She has lace trimmed taffeta panties as well. On her feet, her original socks & black side-snap shoes, and she’s wearing a small vintage faux-pearl bracelet. Last but not least, Maggie’s faithful Cocker Spaniel will accompany her to her new home. He’s original vintage. Steiff, and retains his original collar & name tag! This is one gorgeous girl… She has beautiful features & suntan coloring, with lightly refreshed blush. Her shiny blonde wig is amazingly thick & loaded with curls, and she still has her original brass side barrettes. The replaced matching pink velvet bows are the finishing touch! She also comes with the original Caroline Kennedy doll. Jacquelines face is a little dark but looks lovely. Her hair is in the original set. Her outfit has a few rubs and a couple of pin dot holes. She is about 60 years old, but in mostly great condition. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. Vintage Madame Alexander highly sought after Brunette Cissy girl in original black velvet gown – Tagged and in Excellent used condition. Beautiful Brunette Cissy girl is sporting her gorgeous full length black velvet gown with crispy tag, fabric has no holes, discoloring or snags, has all of the original MA square snaps, stitching appears to all be original, embellished trim is all original and gown has never been laundered, black gauntlet fingerless gloves are MA originals, long nylon under slip with ruffle at bottom is also MA original and MA original cream taffeta panties trimmed in lace, Cissy is sporting her original MA seamed stockings in very good vintage condition. I have added a sparkly hair decor with clear cut rhinestones in a flower setting attached in her hair with a hair pin and she also has an added bag designed by Richards Originals that match nicely to her hair jewel. Newer silver strappy heels very close to originals. Additionally, added an original Cissy MA silver mesh bracelet adorned with clear round rhinestones mostly found on MA Cissy Queen dolls. Next, added is the emeule white rabbit fur wrap with a touch of black trim and a clip to hold together from the 1950s from Japan, Cissys body is nice and clean, having no bad odors, no fractures in plastic body and no tears on rubber arms, wig is nice and clean having no bald spots and in the original set, there are a few fly aways. Cissys facial colors are not pale and not overly bright, rather in the middle of the color scale. Being of the same consistency as Cissys facial colors would have looked when she left the factory in the mid to late 1950s. Cissys stringing is nice and tight and she will pose in whatever way you might choose. The head is a tad tight but still very manageable in posing as you can see in the photos. Since Cissy girl is one of the earlier Cissy dolls she does not sport pierced ears. This well taken care of Cissy doll through all these years has been my absolute pleasure to clean up and dress in her original attire. Some of us adoring vintage Cissy doll lovers, just cannot get enough of. Some of us will never stop our beloved vintage Cissy girl. This is a wonderful 1955 Madame Alexander-kins Doll wearing an Alex-kins tagged ballerina Outfit. She is SLW kins which means she is a straight leg walker. She is in excellent condition with original dark blonde triple stitched. Wig, brown brows, light green flutter eyes, black under lashes, molded lashes, pink blushed spa cheeks and red lips. Spot on her black lash was a dirt spot and removed. Her body is in excellent condition with arms that will hold a pose and walker works. Wendy is wearing a kins tagged taffeta, rhinestone blue net outfit, replaced undies, kins fuzzy bottom satin s. Hoes and vintage hair flowers. Outfit is in excellent condition and all set to display. Vintage Madame Alexander CISSY Doll in Complete Pink Bride Outfit Tagged – 1956. What a darling Cissy girl dating back to 1956. Beautiful Cissy is sporting her complete pink bride ensemble. The bouquet is a replacement. The gown has all of its original decorative pieces, the tag is euc, there are no holes or discoloration in the fabric, all MA square snaps are present and without rust, I have added an additional fuller mommy made slip to give the gown a much fuller look, and added a vintage lacy beige garter all brides should have a garter right? Cissy girls darling hat with attached vail has no tears or discoloration. Very adorable looking on our girl dont you think? What is extra nice to see, is that this lovely gown and matching vail has never been laundered and therefore has lots of life left. Cissy is wearing a pair of MA original taffeta off white panties trimmed at legs with lace and the elastic still has plenty of elasticity, MA seamed Cissy stockings with no holes and no runs, slightly lose elasticity on upper stockings but they easily stay in place on their own. Her silver strappy shoes are very good, the pearl earrings are original to outfit, the ring had been added a very long time ago and the metal has discolored her finger underneath it. Cissys hair is perfectly styled and beautiful, no missing hair on her head, and the color is all even, clean and shiny. Cissy has no fractures or splits in her plastic body and there are no tears in her rubber arms, and no bad odors to this doll. Cissy has had her lashes fully replaced long ago which looks just great with eyes open, when closed you have a better view (please see picture). Cissys blue eyes are lovely and she has no problem opening and closing them, her stringing is all very good and she will pose whatever way that pleases you. Madame Alexander came out with our beloved Cissy doll mid 1955 and the Cissy Pink Bride came to be in 1956, so she is definitely one of the older Cissy girls. Madame Alexander Doll Cissette Outfit Watercolor Skirt Pink Blouse Box HTF 1958. The #815 which came in many variations. I added a very tlc Cissette gold foil belt that was loose in my mom’s Alexander collection(as the belt was missing and there also is no hat). It is the thinner belt which went to this skirt(the wide belts only came with the skirts without the gold metallic). Its in the cissette ID book on two pages I showed it in the close ups. Reference book Not Included and Cissette Doll Model not included just a model to show you how it displays. Skirt is in between excellent and mint. No holes or tears. Beautiful coloring on the skirt does not look like it was displayed much at all. Few very tiny very minor age spots which are extremely hard to see. Blouse some aging spots shown in the close ups biggest one going toward under the arm. You can display with out cleaning. Not dingy just areas of the aging spots. There is a tiny pin hole in two spots on the blouse it looks like there may of been a broach displayed on the blouse. Right next to it minor spot of a shiny residue spot. Snaps good, no major holes besides the two pin holes. Few minor snag pull threads the blouse is a silky nylon feel material. Box missing most of the plastic. There is pen writing on the lid in one area and another has a marker mark out on it. Some wear and age to the box. Minor corner crushes, few small tears. Box has some damage however the structure is still stable on it. Belt(is not included in the price just a throw in) is extremely tlc and fragile. You can carefully put it on the doll as I have shown in one the photos but most of the foil is gone and it has aged and is fraying. From my moms estate a long time collector. Photos taken in indirect natural sunlight. It is a very displayable outfit. Vintage Madame Alexander 20 Blonde Cissy Doll Pink Striped Dress Tagged Outfit. Gorgeous Cissy doll from 1956, dressed in her (tagged) pink shirt waist dress outfit. I believe the outfit is complete and all original. Overall very nice vintage condition! Marked Alexander on the back of her neck. She has sleep eyes that open and close, but do stick closed. Nice curl to her blonde hair. No cracks or splits in her legs or upper thighs. The beginning of a split between her legs, very light, does not go all the way through. A small ring on her finger. A few flaws to the outfit (see last photo): spots on the back of the dress by the tag, a repair to her sleeve cuff, a small hole in the heel area of her hose. The panties have holes as well, the netting on her hat is present, but torn. Also some wear to the velvet on the belt. None of these flaws are very noticeable, she still displays beautifully! These are flaws that I noticed, may be other small things that I missed.
