You will not be disappointed, as many of these dolls are beautiful collectible treasures! A True Beauty by all rights! Lovely vintage brunette Cissette with original triple-zigzag stitched wig and flawless complexion! She has high-color rosy cheeks, pretty lashes and brows, blue sleep-eyes that open and close easily with peach eyelids. Cissette looks stunning in her blue and white polka dot ruffled dress, lined in white organdy and trimmed with a blue satin bow at the bodice. On her head, she wears the correct coordinating navy cloche hat trimmed with white flowers. Under her dress Cissette wears original seamed stockings, satin slip and panties and her original navy and silver scrappy sandals. This particular outfit is documented in. Marjorie Merod’s book on page 148, as one of the Mystery Beauties. Similar in style as #909 of 1957. Cissette also has her original pearl earrings and an added repo pearl chocker/bracelet. The doll is in wonderful, clean vintage condition and displays beautifully. A stand will be included. No odors, smoke free environment. We offer for your consideration a gently displayed 17 Madame Alexander Margaret doll with a lovely even color and complexion. She is from the 1950s and appears close to factory fresh and very displayable. Her nicely blushed cheeks and full lovely lips are stunning. Her arms are nicely connected, strong and tight for her head and legs, so she can hold a pose beautifully for display. Her arms do not hold a pose. Her hair is in incredible condition and set in the loveliest style. Her dark lower lashes highlight her eyes perfectly. –This doll was made to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth. Queen Elizabeth Margaret face was only made in 1953 and 1954. I believe this is the 1954 version. She does have the minor unnoticeable rub at the end of her nose. The hoop in her skirt could be reshaped to form a proper circle. The hoop itself feels complete, and it appears free of free on the fabric. —Her coloration is even and true on her face, torso, arms, and legs. Please take note of her stunning unclouded eyes with full intact molded eyelashes that fringe her eyes. Plus, she has the blushed color eyelids for a real striking appearance. Her eyebrows are unfaded. Her beautiful hair is full and even with no thinning or missing areas. I see a little fleck of missing color on the tip of her nose, which could be easily remedied. — —-This doll is one of hundreds of dolls we bought from an adult lady collector downsizing her estate. Please note, she is as close to factory fresh as you can find for an almost 70 year-old doll. Her coloring is even, beautifully blushed, and her color is unfaded. Her lips are bright and full. She is brought to you by a pet and smoke free home, and she is free of odors or issues. —She is wearing her stunning, and close to immaculate, tagged Madame Alexander taffetta brocade incredible dress trimmed with the pristine blue sash. You can see the tiny hole in the back of the dress, but it really is lost in the folds of the dress when her dress is naturally displayed. I stretched the dress fabric to give you a perfect view. Her bright white gloves are lovely. Her very intact clean hoop skirt with well attached snap buttons is attached to the pretty panties. Her pantyhose are free of damage. Her center snap button shoes are close to original color and condition with only one little dot, stain, on the outside of the right shoe. –The bright, unfaded, and sparkling accents of the rhinestone at her bodice and waist are perfect. Her matching necklace and earrings are intact and undamaged. Her bracelet is intact. —She is intact and complete. She is beautiful and free of issues. —-She was only rarely removed from her showcase by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. Her tagged dress is fresh and crisp with no major detracting noticeable major sign of age related, or sun, discoloration. I feel the photographs portray her well. The fabric on the dress, panties, and slip are all clean, bright, and very displayable. —-Her hair is full with no missing or thinning areas. It is very true to the original style. The color of her hair is stunning. —She shows no age or discoloration. She does not show any marks, or rubs of missing color on her fingers, legs, or body. Her legs walk nicely and smoothly as they should. Her right leg strides big steps; however, her left leg only takes small steps. —Her coloration is much more bright and blushed than she appears in her photos. She is complete with no chews, no splits under her ears or on her seams, free of major or minor damage. We will not include her stand. — —-Please write with any questions. Dress of cotton wallpaper print with ribbons and roses pattern. Puffed sleeves trimmed with Val lace. Natural waist with shorter length of 7 on skirt. Hem is narrower, 1 1/2. Sewn horizontal pleat in back bodice. There is light fading in the bodice. Otherwise very pretty and hard to find dress. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. I try to mention anything I see, but please read the description and look at the pictures. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Tagged pink check dress with lace and rhinestone trim. Straw hat, high heel shoes, white taffeta panties. Tosca hair, triple stitched part. Presented here is a beautiful vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll wearing her original tagged pink check dress with roses, it has white lace trim on the arms and accented with. Set rhinestones on the bodice, the skirt is a full circle. She also wears a vintage wide brim pink straw hat with velvet flowers, white taffeta panties. The shoes are original molded white high heels with bows on the instep. The dress and accessories are in excellent vintage condition. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, holds a pose nicely, the strings are good. Lovely face with great color, blue-green eyes that open and close freely, red mouth. Her hair is tosca color, it has a triple stitched part , thick and full with most of the original curl, bangs. She is marked on the back; “MME ALEXANDER”, the doll is in excellent condition, no cracks or splits. The listing is for the doll in the clothing shown, no stand included. She has a wonderful sought after red wig with straight bangs. The doll is very clean and nice. There are no cracks or splits to the knees, hips, or crotch. The doll does not have odors. She has pretty blue eyes. Her eye lashes are thin on both eyes. Her eyes work well but stick at times. She will arrive to her new home wearing her original tagged Cissy chemise, her original cabbage rose shoes, original stockings, and her hair is tied back with the original pink ribbon. There is a small hole in the front of the lace chemise shown in photo #3. There is also a hole in the back of the chemise shown in photo #12. Her shoes have stretched elastic.
