Very Hard To Find Rare Evening Gown on original Doll. 1955 Golden Caped Gown. Has a few issues. Missing the two metal brad on gown straps. Replaced gold cord on cape. Shoes and stocking not original. Slip has attached panties. Boning needs to be ironed. Dolls eyes are turned but hauntingly beautiful. The hair is excellent and original. She has a thin split on one knee as shown. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. I try to mention anything I see, but please read the description and look at the pictures. She has beautiful blonde hair , molded lash here eyes do stick, but will open and clothes with help. Pierced ears with drop faux pearl earrings. Lovely sheer tagged dress with Roses, having lace trim around neckline and hem with a ribbon belt at waist. Underneath a Tagged lace Chemise. Wearing gold heels, the elastic is stretched that goes around heels. I did not remove her dress as I would never get the bow to look so nice in the back. She has painted nails, her arms will not hold a pose up, Marked MME Alexander on her back, bent knee. NO STAND No ox No Odor. Please check out our other dolls. Sun Dress of Organdy with val lace on the puffed sleeve and bodice. Rhinestones accent the bodice. This dress came with a floral print and the small bird print. This is the small. Print which is rarer. Very hard to find dress. Also included is the cream lace slip with tight elastic. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. Here’s an original tagged Madame Alexander Cissy dress from the 1950s. It’s the popular yellow flowery taffeta dress with black sash at the waist. The dress is not perfect but displays very nicely. The material is a little faded but is still nice and crisp. There is a tear at the left shoulder. As the photos show, this is hard to notice when the dress is on the doll. The lace around her sleeves may have been white at one time and has now turned beige. I see no holes or stains on the dress. The little black hat is not original to the dress but it is 1950s vintage and matches nicely. It’s decorated with netting and little white cabbage roses. Comes with vintage hatpin. The doll, her hose, shoes, ring and earrings are not included. Also, to achieve the look of a full skirt as shown in the pictures, your doll will need to wear a crinoline. She comes in a Wendy-kins box. The box is decent but rough. Her outfit is tagged with an embroidered tag on back. There are no holes, tears, or stains on clothes. She has outstanding coloring and is a bent knee walker, Her walker works great and is smooth. She poses and holds position. I do not see anything wrong with her. She has her original arm tag. Alexander Sonja Henie Skating. Original Tagged Dress Gold Skates. This is a beautiful Madame Alexander Sonja Henie ice skating doll made of composition and wearing her original pink satin tagged dress. She is about 21 tall. She has clear brown eyes with full brush lashes, and a blonde human hair wig in the original curls and barrettes. Her pink dress is crisp and has not been washed, and has feathers at the bottom hem. There is a small hole in the dress (in the folds). She is wearing matching pink panties. There is some minor crazing on the face of the doll; the body has no crazing. Offered here is an exceptionally beautiful, HARD TO FIND brunette Madame Alexander Big Binnie Winnie Walker doll. She stands 24 inches tall and has a working walker mechanism, i. When you move her legs her head turns from side to side nicely. She has beautiful big blue eyes and red lips, rosy cheeks, all her lashes and painted brows. She has no marks or flaws on her face that I can discern. Her long, thick brunette hair is quite thick and she has short wavy bangs. On her head she wears a wonderful vintage black velvet bandeau with beautiful pink and white and deep burgundy ribbon roses and buds and little green leaves. It goes nicely with her pale pink dress and black strappy vintage shoes. She also comes with her original MA doll slip with its original neck and sleeve trim intact, and her original full cut panties which snap at the back of her waist. To her original outfit, I have added a darling dark navy blue corduroy dressy coat with white lace trim at the collar and white buttons. The coat has a flare skirt and long dark blue velvet sleeves. It fits her beautifully. She can be posed with or without the coat. I have also added a vintage bouquet of fabric flowers with vintage pink satin ribbons which she holds tied in her hand. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. This doll has been part of my personal collection kept in a darkened doll room in my temperature controlled home. She shows no sign of any sun fading and has NO ODOR. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not move around in transit.
