HUGE 1950′s Madame Alexander CISSETTE Lot with 7 Tagged Garments and 2 dolls… One doll is Minty! The blonde Cissette is Gorgeous and has mint high facial coloring and mint hair in the original set! She is correctly marked MME Alexander on her upper back. Her body is all even toned with all of her fingers and toes. No marks, stains or other flaws. Her joints are somewhat loose particularly the arms. Just a Gorgeous Girl! The Brunette Cissette is also marked MME Alexander on her upper back. She has a nice face. Her body is all even toned and her joints are also loose. She is missing the forefinger on her right hand. Her head will need to be strung back on to the body. Also includes the HUGE lot of Clothing to include 7 Tagged Cissette garments from the 1950s and an original floral headpiece. Clothing ranges from good played with to Very Good/Excellent. These outfits are a mixture of original Madame Alexander and professionally made by a seamstress. Purple skirt is tagged Cissy and nightgown is tagged Cissy. And the white top, skirt and shorts look like Alexander but no tag. The pink negligee is gorgeous and made of silk charmeuse. She even has a satin bra. 1950 Madame Alexander 21 inch Margaret Face Babs Barbra Ann Scott Skater Doll. She is marked Alexander on the back of her head under wig. She also has original hang tag. She is in near mint condition. She has the gorgeous Margaret face with a blonde wig, blue glass eyes with full upper , a closed mouth, and blushing cheeks. Her facial coloring is excellent! She is jointed at neck, shoulder, and hip. The stringing is slightly loose… But she can still hold a pose. There are no cracks or split seams and all of her fingers and toes are intact. She wears her original tagged babs skating pink satin dress which has flowers at the waist, gold braided trim at neckline and fur trim at arm holes and hem. She also has her matching fur trimmed hat with flowers. A one piece pink nylon petticoat and gold ice skates. The outfit is in near mint condition….. The only flawsI see is the gold foil is peeling on parts of her ice skates and slight aging of her dress color. The dress is not stained or faded just normal aging! Please see all pictures! She also has her original pink satin shoes. We are the original owners… And bought the doll new. It was only displayed for a short time and has remained packed in an inside closet…. 0ur home is smoke free and clean! This is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Cissy has the prettiest red hair in a tight bobbed hairstyle and pretty blue to blue/green eyes. She has no seam splits. In wonderful condition with original paint and blush. Just a tiny cluster of spots/dots on front torso, a small separation of the eyelashes on her right eye, and some roughness along the edges of the eyelids as you can see in the photos but you must be looking for them since they are all very hard to see. These dolls are straight from the original owner (my mother), who received them as a gift in 1936, when she was 4. Have shoes for all 5, and 3 of 5 bonnets. I don’t know a lot about her, but I will tell you what I know. Be sure to correct me if I’m wrong about something. This is a 1953 Strung Alexander kins doll. She is in as found condition and I believe she is in her original box bottom. She has light blonde hair w/triple stitch and all original. Her shoes are black side snap w/stitch on top and fuzzy bottoms. She also has on her socks, don’t believe the shoes or socks have ever been taken off. She is wearing white panties w/lace trim w/tight elastic. She is marked Alex on her back and she feels heavy. She has no cracks or splits. She has painted eyelashes under her eyes. She is strung very tight and I believe it is original. Sorry she only comes with the bottom of the box. Pretty good condition–it says #511 Platinum Alexander Kins.
