Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy Doll. This is a beautiful doll in great condition. She is 20 tall and has a hard plastic body with a vinyl head and arms. She is joined at the knees and elbows. Her hair is beautiful with floral accents on the top and in excellent condition nice pretty curls. Her body and face paint are all in excellent condition. Only flaw is her head seems to want to lean downwards but you can still pose her head. She has panty hose, panties, harder belt. She also has a ring, pearl necklace, and pearl earrings. There is a slight stain spot by her left ear but you can’t see it from the front and it is pretty faint you need to get close to her to see it. She is marked Alexander on the back of her neck. She has a nice replaced black dress that suits her and silver strap shoes, not sure if they are original or replaced. This lovely doll is sure to make any collection shine. She was part of A Child’s Dream Come True Collection. She came wearing a heavy slipper yellow satin gown with a tulle muff and ruby red roses in her day, but she became separated from her outfit somewhere in her lifetime. But she is a very distinct doll and there is no mistaking her history. She has a unique, full, red wig that is pulled back sharply with a spanner and tied at the nape of her neck with full tight curls. Her hair is totally in it’s original set. I did add a new tie at the neck, as it had broken. Plus, she has her signature earrings. They are diamond and topaz and are factory glued on. She was never a played with doll, that is apparent. She is clean and has no odors, stains, chews, or splits/cracks. Not at the neck, side of head, sides of knees, crotch, or inside the leg socket. She has one small area on one thigh that has a scratch. I have pictured it. She has nice blush still remaining on her hands. She has a flawless face. No scratches or rubs. The picture I took of her laying down to show her lashes shows a light reflection on her upper lip. There is no paint loss or flaw at all on her lips. They are a bright red color. Her eyes have darkened a bit with time, but the whites are not super yellow. The flash makes them look more so than they appear in real life. Arms are also a bit darker than the body. She is a bit loose in her right leg at the hip. Knees are tight, but she will need a stand. Her bra and panty set is one I had. I have no idea if it is hand made or an extra to be bought for this size doll. It has new elastic placed in the panties. It is really cute. I do not photo shop or alter my pictures in any way. This is a beautiful 1955 Madame Alexander-kins Doll dressed in a’Wendy Goes To Matinee’ outfit in pink. I have had blue but never pink. She is SLW Kins which means she is a straight leg walker. She is in excellent condition with original tosca triple stitched wig with loads of curls, bright natural coloring with brown brows, blue green eyes that open and close freely, no black under lashes, pink rosy cheeks and red lips, no rubs. Her body is in excellent condition with arms that will hold a pose and walker works. Wendy is wearing a tagged Alex-kins cotton outfit, pink button down the back dress, kins slip, undies, rayon socks and kins shoes. Tagged Matinee coat comes with correct felt flower hat. Outfit is in excellent clean condition, tiny bit of fraying around the 1st button hole but all set to display. Box has discolored but in good condition with good label. This is an original vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll dress from 1958 known as the blue camellia variation print dress. It is tagged Cissy and is in excellent condition. All the snaps are present and the tag is sewn in the center back seam. I do not believe it has ever been washed since these dresses tend to bleed easily when washed. This is a 20 inch Madame Alexander Shari Lewis doll. It is uncommon to see this one for sale in this great complete condition. Her dress with all the flowers in tact is in gorgeous condition, nice and full. Look at that hair with perfect curls all in place. She has all her jewelry and her shoes (which are stretched a bit) and under clothes. Her right eye needs help to be completely open. Also as shown her coloring is very pale although attractive, and her arms are loose but poseable. No international orders please and thanks so much for looking at her.
