Vintage 14 Madame Alexander Nina Ballerina Doll Hard Plastic Tagged dress. Doll comes from an estate sale. She has a light red colored hair that looks like it’s in the original set but I’m not sure? Her unmarked body is hard plastic and has some discoloration as you can see in the photos. She has flowers in her hair that match the ones on her hip. Tutu has a tag sewn in the collar of the dress but the writing is not there? Dress is in pretty good condition. I do see at least 2 little holes and some holes in the underwear/ She’s wearing matching pink half slip with built in bottoms the same color and material as the dress. Her shoes seem to be a little soiled and the pink ribbons maybe replaced. Doll does have an odor and needs to be cleaned. Happy to answer questions or send photos. Madame Alexander 35 Nurse Joanie doll 1960, Beautiful Flirt Eyes, Repro Dress. This HTF Madame Alexander Nurse Joanie is a must have for any doll collector. She watches over the baby (dolls) you may own. Nurse Joanie is so adorable while doing it. She has a sweet face with original face paint She has open and close flirt eyes. She has short hair on the sides and longer in the back. It may have been cut but Im not sure. She has a discolored leg. It is a darker yellow leg, she came to me that way. Her dress is a reproduction but I believe her apron is original. She comes from a smoke free home and an animal free environment. Please use photos as part of the description. Cissy Doll, Alexander 1950s Blonde in Red Cotton Dress. Cissys blonde hair is pulled back from her face into a low, tucked-under style. Her face makeup is subtle with faint eyeshadow and in the original coloring nothing added to this lovely girl. Her eyelashes are full and look original. She wears a vibrant red dress with a full skirt and fitted bodice. Three white buttons and white trim decorate the dress, which is tagged Cissy. Her body has vinyl jointed arms, hard plastic torso with long legs, jointed above the knees with high-heeled feet. This doll is from a collection that will be liquidated bit by bit. This pretty Alexander is dressed as a bride, in her tagged hooped wedding gown. She is in excellent used condition, with good coloring except for one cheek where it looks like she got careless with the rouge, it’s just a little bit streaky. Her dress has a little dinginess because of age, but seems to be in good condition and the hoop still extends the skirt of the gown as shown. I don’t have her veil or bouquet. Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Brunette wig, in original style. Tagged Garden Party dress. Pearl earrings and necklace. Pink strappy high heels. Straw hat with silk flowers and hat pin. Yellow and ivory taffeta petticoats. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. She has brunette hair in the original style with lovely curls, the hair is styled and pined in place, there is some old glue around the edges and some thin spots if you go thru the wig. Sparkling green-hazel sleep eyes that open and close, hair lashes, painted under lashes. She has nice coloring, coral mouth, pierced ears with. Drop earrings and a wired pearl. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. Good strings, she holds a pose well. She is wearing her original “Garden Party” dress, it is yellow chiffon with a floral pattern, full circle skirt. Underneath she wears her yellow taffeta petticoat plus a crisp white taffeta slip with net flounce, matching yellow. Panties, the elastic has lost some stretch and some has been added, some shadows on the yellow petticoat. The shoes are original pink strappy. The hat is original vintage 50s natural straw. Madame Alexander 20 Blonde Cissy Doll Blue Dress 1950s? Some condition issues – neck, left shoulder, left leg, hair. Clothing issues as well. Hair is glued and it looks like the glue has melted into hair. Her head tilts back when you pick her up. Also dark marks on neck. Split starting on left leg. Left shoulder plastic/rubber coming away from arm. Dress has some stains, underskirt is held on with safety pin. Please review description and pictures before purchasing. 1954 Madame Alexander Kins SLW doll in tagged Blue Danube # 351. She wear a tagged dress 1954 Blue Danube dress #351. She is signed ALEX on the back. She has a triple stitch hair. She is made of hard plastic. Beautiful Blue/Green color eyes? Approximate measurements are 7.5 tall. She comes to you as you see in the photos, but she may need a little love. I didn’t notice any major problems on the dress like holes or rips but over the years the color may have little faded and some stains are present, I believe that could go away by washing it lightly. The elastic sleeves is not stretched and is still perfect. The doll is in near mint condition but I noticed a little red on the back. I have not try to cleaned but for a vintage doll doesn’t show much but I wanted to let you know everything I have noticed. The dress is still crisp and looks like it has never been washed. I’m not the original owner or a professional collector but. In my opinion she is still in lovely condition. Please check all my photos or ask any questions before you purchasing. For sale is Cissy’s HTF tagged taffeta dress and bolero from 1957, along with an adorable pillbox hat, Premier suede purse with rhinestone detail and hankie, black nylon gloves, and a vintage watch with band to match the dress. This dress and bolero is usually referred to as navy, but I see it as a sapphire blue. There is a beautiful sequin decoration on the bolero closure that really dazzles. All snaps are secure. I have had this outfit for some time, but never displayed it. There is some wrinkling from storage, so a light press would be beneficial. The outfit is in excellent condition. The rhinestones on the Premier purse are bright and sparkly. A lace-trimmed nylon hankie peeks out from one side. The gloves are not vintage. They have never been used. The pillbox hat is black straw with black velvet trim around the perimeter. It formerly had some little rhinestones on the front until my granddaughter managed to pop them off. I replaced them with a grosgrain bow that can be worn to the front, either side, or back–whatever pleases you. The hat is a Richard Original with the aforementioned change. The little watch is on its original card and was never intended to be removed before it went on the doll that would wear this outfit. The blue band matches the dress so well. A Cissy doll is modeling the outfit (minus the watch) in the last two pictures, but she, her shoes, and stand are not included in this listing. This is a very striking outfit for your Cissy. This Alexander-kins straight leg walker doll was probably never played with. Here is an example of our favorite type of Wend-kins outfits. She is so adorable in her 1955 School Dress (tag missing), #444 pictured in Patricia Smiths World of Alexander-kins published 1985, on page 44. Not only at the waist, but also much amplified at the hem. The Kelly green dress with ric rac at the neck & matching panties are of sturdy cotton, with square snaps of course. Her rich auburn triple-stitched wig in a curly flip-style with bangs is shiny & perfect, as are the painted features & color of her face. The eyes appear very dark deep Navy blue until turned sideways in a bright lightthen you can see a pale blue iris. Her green straw hat has a pink ribbon & bow to match the dress. The rayon sox & white velveteen snap-over shoes complete the original ensemble. There are no scratches, stains, splits, nor cracks on the well-strung mint body that is marked “ALEX” on back, which includes a working walker mechanism. Her head turns freely when the legs move. The clothes are all original & excellent, with one minor addition of newer elastic thread hand stitched around the panties original stretched waist band. It can easily be removed if desired, but is actually invisible from outside. She is a lovely example of a well preserved & beloved Wendy doll.
