This is a beautiful set of ORIGINAL 1940s 15 Hard Plastic Madame Alexander Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women Dolls in Original Tagged Clothing with Orig. I have treasured them all these years but must part with them as I make a move to another home. Each doll has her original tagged outfit. You will be getting all five to include. MARME, MEG, BETH (head is a little loose Might need tightening and her face needs cleaning), AMY and JO. I will clean them with doll cleaner before I send them but they might need another cleaning I will do my best As shown Nicer in person. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part blonde wig. Tagged red and white outfit. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched honey blonde wig in curls with bangs, the hair is swept over the part in the center, curls in the back. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and closes with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing her original tagged red and white. A red cotton pinafore and red and white striped top which has the tag on the back, mother-of-pearl buttons down the front. She has an adorable rare hoop skirt. That holds the circle skirt in place with full body and white taffeta panties underneath. She wears red molded plastic shoes, there is a split on the toe strap of one but still stays in place. The clothing is in excellent vintage condition, there is a small dark mark on one cuff and a small pull on the skirt but nothing noticeable. The doll has no cracks, splits, odors, stains or repairs. Minimal inner leg and neck rubs. Newly restrung to head and arms. Beautiful blue eyes with full original lashes. The lids have some slight rubs. Some blush and a matte finish was added to her face. Nice arms with no breaks in the sockets. There is a small pin head size black dot on her upper right arm. Her legs are tight. Clean with no cuts or bald areas. Has a new spanner bar. The outfit consists of the coat with scarf (replaced), dress, newly made pleated lace slip, pink Cissy panties with some repairs in the front, and gold replaced shoes with great elastic, and new nylons. The coat and dress appear to have been cleaned at one time. Dress has some stains here and there but nothing too glaring, and of course, they are hidden under the coat. Ffered here is a vintage Madame Alexander Limited Edition Cissy Doll, Heiress Elegance, # 42700 Model number from 2006. She is #59 of 100 mad. E — her number is printed in felt point on one of the tags on her coat; see last photo. It is a bit blurry, the felt point ink has run a little on the satin tag. But you can make out the number. This elegant Limited Edition Cissy Doll has the wonderful elbow joint and twist waist, as well as the other shoulder, hip and knee joints. So she can hold wonderful poses seated or standing. She has a dark brunette wig with straight bangs. Her beautiful wig had red highlights. She comes with her original dangle crystal earrings and necklace. I have added the modern gold wire rim glasses — they look really cute on her. I also added a sweet teal and gold purse to match her outfit , with a pearl handle. She wears her original long light green body suit/hose and light blue leatherette shoes, with beading and ribbon trim. Her elegant long brocade coat has overstitching on the big flowers in the print and is trimmed in an olive green ribbon on each sleeve and down the long front. The coat, including the roll up sleeves, is fully lined in a beautiful turquoise satin. She has a long soft chiffon skirt that matches her stockings perfectly. Her bodice beneath the coat is beautifully beaded. This is a “Couture doll” in the MA Couture Collection. This doll has the most exquisite face, with burgundy lipstick to match her painted nails, and rosy cheeks and gorgeous big grey blue steel colored radial eyes. They sparkle and show no sign of any dullness! Her eye make-up is very dark, painted above and below her eyes, with painted brows and she has full brush eye lashes — none missing. This elegant MA Cissy doll is from my personal collection. She has been kept only on display (and never played with) in a darkened doll room and shows no sign of any fading. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. NOTE: No props in the photos are included in this listing. The doll CHAIR is NOT included, nor is the doll stand. 30 MADAME ALEXANDER PLAYPAL SIZED TIMMIE TODDLER DOLL – VERY HTF. This listing is for a very hard to find Timmie Toddler doll. She is the 30 inch sized doll and would be a great addition to any Playpal type doll collection. Most often you see the smaller 23 inch sized girl – this girl is big enough to hang out with Penny and the rest of the gang or with big sisters Joanie and Janie! Her eyes are the flirty style eyes that move side to side as well as open and close. Her lashes are great with maybe literally a couple of lashes missing on her left eye (pictured – hard to see). These dolls seem prone to that as well, but hers are really pretty good! Her facial coloring is wonderful. Her hair is very silky and in the original style and, i think, the original bow. Her hair is a very light blond. Her body had some fading that is common to the Madame Alexander playpal style dolls. You’ll see it on her chest, and on her legs. She does have the speaker for the cry feature and she still does kind of “cry” sometimes, but it’s really just a noise and nothing more. You can also get her to “walk” some, but it is difficult, i think. All joints or stringing is good. I think her one leg may be a tad shorter than the other? She is marked on the back of her neck ALEXANDER DOLL 1960. Her head is difficult to move. She could use a gentle cleaning. Her clothes are original and in good condition. I felt like when i took them off, that they really had never been removed before – the tissue is still in her sleeves to puff them up. The clothes are in wonderful condition. The TIMMIE TODDLER tag is on the inside of the outfit. There are no holes or stains. I did replace the elastic in her bloomers. I’m not sure about the shoes – they are, at the very least, vintage. I did not remove them. She even has her original hand tag! ONLY TIMMIE IS INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. PENNY IS ONLY THERE TO KEEP HER COMPANY. This is one of the most beautiful dolls that Madame Alexander ever made! And that Maribel face, just stunning! She is almost 100% perfect. Her only flaws are that she doesnt have her earrings, no box and she has 2 tears in her tutu. The good news is that you can find replacement earrings and the tears in the tutu are repairable. Now let me brag on this beauty. She wears her original rubber ballet slippers with original laces, she is posable, her complection and all over skin tone is just fabulous, but her original hairdo and band of flowers with original strap are absolutely perfect! Her crystal blue eyes open and close nicely and WOW! The outfit has 4 complete square snaps, a blue satin ribbon at the waist , blue satin bodice and panties with attached tulle. No odors, cracks or splits. I do not know if she has her original stringing. She is clean, fresh and just amazingly beautiful. Wouldnt she make a grand Christmas gift? From you to you! Featured here is a lovely blonde Madame Alexander Portrait doll dressed in the Collectors United Convention Doll Bridal outfit, Forever Yours. The doll has full blonde hair and a pink complexion, pink cheeks, pink lips and painted fingernails. The Bride dress is pink and white and features a pink an white striped underskirt and very full cotton and tulle slip trimmed in pink ribbon and white patterned lace. The pantaloons have the same matching lace and pink ribbon. She wears white filmy stockings beneath her pantaloons and has white velvet boots with laced high tops on her feet. The dress features a lovely vintage square collar with pink trim, accented with a pearl stud. The dress features a white striped, scalloped over skirt trimmed in lace with long lapel like pieces that extend from the waist down over the skirt and feature the same pearl studs as is on the collar. Beneath is a very full pink and white striped circular skirt that snaps at the waist in back. It is separate from the dress. The dress has a wide white satin ribbon sewn to the waistline that ties at the back. The hat is a lovely, fussy bandeau in pink and white striped fabric, the same as the underskirt, with white satin ribbons and trim to match the dress, and pink and white roses with fussy tulle accents all way round the hat. Its elastics hold it on her head. This doll came to me with the green hair ribbon which I left in place under the hat, as it went well with the green leaves on the flowers on the bandeau. The flowers on the hat are one one large white satin rose and two beautiful tightly wrapped pink paper rosettes. In one hand, she carries a pink draw-string purse, with white satin bow and long white ribbon ties and a lovely long white silk tassel. In the other, she carries a bouquet of vintage flowers (MADE in JAPAN) — of vintage wired white blossoms, buds, green leaves and one large, central white rose. The bouquet is tied to her wrist with pink floral ribbon. This doll will come with a strand of choker length white pearls around her neck. These and the bouquet I added to her original outfit. This doll is tightly strung and holds poses well. She does not have a twist waist and she does HAVE FLEX KNEES but not flex elbows. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not get crushed or move around in transit. This gorgeous Madame Alexander 8 doll is Wendy wearing a School Outfit. She is a hard-plastic straight leg non-walker doll from 1953, the first year these little dolls were made. Her dress is the brightest pink and has matching panties. Her black shoes are top-stitched and have fuzzy bottoms. What a beautiful, beautiful doll!
