This 14 Madame Alexander hard plastic doll is from the 1950′s. She is all original and in excellent condition. Dressed in her tagged satin gown with stars, matching attached slip, panties, and original shoes (one side broken and glued). Hair is in the original set with net (net torn). The stringing is tight, and she has no odors. There was a stray hair down her forehead when pictures were taken. She is a beautiful Alexander doll. 16 VINTAGE ELISE DOLL BY MADAME ALEXANDER! Face and pretty tosca wig. Elise is redressed in a pretty pink vintage taffeta dress. I was told that Elise is a 1957 doll by Madame Alexander. Face paint is beautiful and Elise has light blue sleep eyes with full original brush lashes. Elise does not have shoes or undies. Her joints all work well. Madame Alexander Doll Cissette Outfit Watercolor Skirt Pink Blouse Box HTF 1958. The #815 which came in many variations. I added a very tlc Cissette gold foil belt that was loose in my mom’s Alexander collection(as the belt was missing and there also is no hat). It is the thinner belt which went to this skirt(the wide belts only came with the skirts without the gold metallic). Its in the cissette ID book on two pages I showed it in the close ups. Reference book Not Included and Cissette Doll Model not included just a model to show you how it displays. Skirt is in between excellent and mint. No holes or tears. Beautiful coloring on the skirt does not look like it was displayed much at all. Few very tiny very minor age spots which are extremely hard to see. Blouse some aging spots shown in the close ups biggest one going toward under the arm. You can display with out cleaning. Not dingy just areas of the aging spots. There is a tiny pin hole in two spots on the blouse it looks like there may of been a broach displayed on the blouse. Right next to it minor spot of a shiny residue spot. Snaps good, no major holes besides the two pin holes. Few minor snag pull threads the blouse is a silky nylon feel material. Box missing most of the plastic. There is pen writing on the lid in one area and another has a marker mark out on it. Some wear and age to the box. Minor corner crushes, few small tears. Box has some damage however the structure is still stable on it. Belt(is not included in the price just a throw in) is extremely tlc and fragile. You can carefully put it on the doll as I have shown in one the photos but most of the foil is gone and it has aged and is fraying. From my moms estate a long time collector. Photos taken in indirect natural sunlight. It is a very displayable outfit. She is wearing the rare blue version of this pleated bridesmaid dress, slip, and panties. She carries her original shoes that have stretched and cut elastic, with a little wicker flower basket. This slip is exceptionally pretty with the dotted swiss tulle ruffle on the inside, elastic a bit stretched from age but stays up. The flowers on the bodice of her dress have been re-placed with vintage flowers with tiny rhinestones here and there very pretty. There are no holes tears or rips in the dress that I can see. The slip is tagged but the dress is not. A wonderful addition to any Elise collection don’t let her get away. The pictures are the main description. Questions are welcome and thank you for looking. Black velvet bows on her skirt and velvet laced through eyelet around her neck was added. Under the dress is a white nylon taffeta slip and undies. Nice tight Cissy stockings and black Cissy shoes. Her face is gorgeous with high cheek color, full lashes, full red mouth and matte finish. Her deep auburn hair is pulled back to her neck and is tied with a black velvet bow. A Vision In Red. This stunning lady (#2285 from 1958) is known to many as The Lady In Red, and this near mint example is a very special Cissy… Her crisply tagged heavy taffeta gown is flawless, except for one pinpoint size dark speck on the bottom left side of the skirt. Her original tulle shawl has two small holes amid all the folds behind the original silver star pin, and this obviously! Is an “invisible” flaw! Cissy wears the original red taffeta slip, and underneath her original hosiery & silver sandals. This Cissy did NOT originally wear a bracelet, but I added this vintage pearl bracelet to compliment her original choker and earrings. It seems some LIRs had a clear rhinestone ring, others a red one… This ring is clear, but I have the vintage red rhinestone ring should you prefer it. Cissy has gorgeous features & all original coloring. Her dark blonde wig is perfection, thick with stacks of curls unique to this wig. She had a very small, narrow separation at the top of her right hip, inside her body cavity, which has been professionally repaired. Also, which is ironically further proof your LIR is original! Cissy has some light red staining on parts of her torso, a result of over 60 years in her beautiful gown. Cissy has crystal clear very-blue eyes with full lashes, and no splits, cracks or odors.
