For your vintage 20 Madame Alexander Cissy doll is this very nice auburn or red haired short chignon wig. It has been cleaned and restyled. New ties at the side and a new spanner bar. The wig cap is intact. The wig is not cut, nor is it bald in any areas. It may need a little further restyling at the turn under in the back, as it is hard to get it perfect until it is on a doll. But, the wig is ready for use. I do not photoshop or alter my pictures in any way. PICTURES ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. I deal with vintage dolls and items. Not perfect, but she displays beautifully. You don’t see her often. Peggy has a blonde mohair wig, which still retains its curl and finger-wave set. Makeup is lovely and there are no missing plugs from the eyelashes that set off those gorgeous rootbeer colored eyes. All hard plastic, no odors. Cream colored organdy gown is tagged, but the tag is a bit frayed, as it’s satin. Gown has some small to tiny holes here and there. Cream center snap shoes are discolored but their soles are nice. Stockings have been replaced because they are like netting more than true nylons and the tops aren’t finished with a sewn border… Not Alexander-ish at all. Her bandeau/ Juliet style headpiece has stains and a hole. I added the cream mesh veil as she surely would have had it. It most likely disintegrated over the years. I have displayed Peggy in my smoke-free home away from direct sunlight. Feel free to ask me anything you’d like; hopefully the pictures tell the story. Hi, This is a 1955-56 Madame Alexander 20 inch Cissy Doll with her Original Box. This doll is in Very Nice Condition! She has Clear Blue eyes with All of her original eyelashes. Her face has original painted features. Her Red Hair wig is in Original set with curls, and has the original hairnet on the top curls. She is wearing her orig. Tagged Chemise and Diamond rhinestone ring. Her chemise has some tiny stains. She is missing her nylons and shoes. Her arms need to be cleaned. She has No splits or cracks in her hard plastic anywhere. Her Stringing is Fine and she holds poses Great!! She will look Fabulous in any Dress you put on her!! Her Box is marked “Cissy” #2100. Original 1950s Madame Alexander Cissy Faded Blue or Pink Ball Gown with Fur stole. Dress has a lot of discolorations, but still very beautiful for a 60 year old gown. Dress has a loose stitch under one arm hole. Not a rip, just missing stitches. Dress has original tag. Comes with blue formal slip. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. I try to mention anything I see, but please read the description and look at the pictures. LOVELY MADAME ALEXANDER 19″ – 20″ VINTAGE CISSY DOLL – 2 TAGGED ITEMS & EXTRAS. Take a good look at the pictures and my written info. This is a Beautiful Cissy Doll with extra clothes for her… I believe she is around 1958 and she is wearing a chimese. She comes with her tagged yellow dress and her yellow homemade slip… She comes with a white long sleeve shirt with a pleated shirt and a belt which are homemade… There is also a blue blouse and a tagged orange/red type long pants and the blouse has a type of stain in back… She has type of blonde type hair, beautiful green/blue color eyes, has her eyelashes, her eyes are wonderful, has knees bend and bend elbows, she has no cracks in legs or arms, only when looking inside hip area there is some on legs at ends… But this has been there for a long time… She has the only white pair of shoes she is wearing and there is no others.. Oh, I forgot to meantion the clothes are for sale, but (my clothes stands are not included — last picture) & not included is the stand that my doll is on.. Everything is in good shape.. Just FOUND her original white high heel, OSTRICH FEATHER shoes!! THey will be included with her now! Featured here is an adorable Limited Edition (of 500) vintage 2001 Cissy doll by Madame Alexander, Yardley Morning Ritual. This doll is number 484 and her number is inked on her lower back, on her tagged robe, and on the MA pink COA. She comes with her original hand tag as well. I do not have her original box. She is dressed in a sweet pink satin panty and bra set with back seamed pink shining hose, with a white terry cloth robe with belt that has a gold “MA” monogram sewn on the front of the robe. This is a gorgeous Cissy doll with the Yardley face — sweet full lips, rosy cheeks, grey radial eyes with dark brush lashes and painted brows. Her doll body features the twist waist which makes for wonderful posing. She has been displayed in my SMOKE FREE, PET FREE home in a darkened doll room and shows no sign of any sun fading. She has never been played with. I see no marks, stains on her body and her costume and accessories are lovely, as shown in the photos. She will come with her original tied bundle of doll size pastel washcloths and a full size bar of Yardley Rose soap! NOTE: This doll is NOT missing the original white OSTRICH FEATHER shoes that came with this outfit! I just found them!! THey will be included with her! Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Brunette, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged long pink ruffled tulle dress. White slip, pink horsehair hat, pink. & silver strappy high heel shoes. Pierced ears with rhinestone drop earrings. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has brunette hair with a triple stitched part wig, still in most of the original lovely curls, the hair is smooth with a nice sheen. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, nice coloring. She has pierced ears with rhinestone drop earrings. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. The dress is tagged, it is pink net tulle in ruffled rows sprinkled with rhinestones and tiny rosette trim. She has a white taffeta slip with net flounce, pink panties, silver strappy high heels (the elastic has lost most of the stretch so they are loose) and a pink horsehair hat with the chin strap and a pink rose on the brim. The clothing is all in excellent vintage condition. The written description is based on my opinion and observation of the item.
