She is a beauty. No splits cracks or odors to the doll, she is close to mint and very clean. Her coloring is beautiful ruby red lips, rosy cheeks, clear blue eyes with full eyelashes. She may have had a spa treatment I don’t know for sure, if so it was very well done. I believe she is an early painted Cissy because she does not have holes for earrings in her ears. Her wig is an original Cissy with a blonde up do style close to perfect, hardly a hair out of place. The dress is tagged J. The outfit consists of a black floral cotton dress with white organdy notched collar that opens up the front. Under the dress is a a black net petticoat with pink satin ribbon trim and white satin panties. A black open crown wide brim hat trimmed with flowers and tulle compliments the dress. Accessories include a new faux pearl necklace, faux diamond bracelet and Cissy ring, a pink floral reproduction MA hat box by Kiley Shaw, black faux pearl trimmed shoes, and new reproduction Cissy stockings. This beautiful Cissy Doll Rhinestone Side Drape Pink Gown is a stunning evening gown with rhinestone accents. Reproduced in the likeness of the original, this gown is created in crisp taffeta and fully lined in cotton organdy. The gown features a long form-fitting bodice attached to a full trained skirt topped with a long side draped sash. Cissy looks ready for the red carpet in this rhinestone draped dress. The dress has been created by RubieMae of Forget Me Not Dolls. This gown originally came in many colors in 1956 and is so reminiscent of this golden age of couture fashion. The dress, pictured in The Cissy Files book on page 33, came in many different colors. Although the dress is pictured with the slip underneath the gown, it IS NOT INCLUDED. The hooped half slip adds volume to the gown and is a little longer in the back to accommodate the train on the dress. The off-white taffeta slip has an elastic waist that closes with two square snaps in the back, and a deep crinoline ruffle along the lower edge. This beautiful Cissy wears her tagged, torso gown known as the Black Mermaid #2043, made in1956 by Madame Alexander. The gown is made with a black velvet fitted torso and flared black taffeta covered with tulle at the bottom. It features a pink lining, zipper closure in the back and is adorned with pink roses. She also wears the matching half-slip with attached panties, black heels and rhinestone jewelry. Both the doll and clothing are in extra nice condition with no damage noted. The souvenir doll for the attendees was a blonde Cissy bride. Madame Alexander Cissy Collection – “MADCC Cissy Bridesmaid” – LE40 – 2002 Madame Alexander Doll Club Convention. Included is the 21 inch Cissy doll, A black lace up corset and underwear, thigh highs and gloves. One glove has started to come apart as shown in photo. Hand tag , unmatched shoes and a pair of matched ones. Original outfit minus shoes. Extra flowers I found. Browned-eyed Cissy with brunette updo, is wearing a 1950′s style cocktail dress of pale pink satin with elegant lace overlay on the skirt and sleeves and pink tulle on the neckline. Her matching pink sating and white lace hat has a short attached pink tulle veil. She’s also wearing a multilayered pink tulle petticoat; pantyhose; and pearl studs and matching pearl necklace. She’s carrying a large bouquet of ivory and apricot colored English roses and one perfect pink one accenting her waist band. The photos are the main part of the description. Her hat has rust stains on it from whatever held it onto her head as well as a small rust stain in her hair as can be viewed in photo of her head from side. The back of her dress seems to have color transfer from her waist bow which has small stain on it also. The front of the dress seems to have color transfer from the bouquet as well as maybe her hand holding bouquet. Her waist twist and knees bend although tight. MA Vintage Cissy Clothes, Accessoris Complete Outfits, Includes Undies, Shoes. The vintage tagged MA Cissy dress came as a boxed extra and is considered hard to find. It can be seen in THE CISSY FILES by. The dress is in wonderful crisp condition with vibrant color but has two drawbacks. The tag is in place but completely faded, and one little shoulder bow is missing. The hat is absolutely vintage and original. The little purse is so cute, actually works! VERY NICE TAGGED CISSY PINK STRIPED DRESS. This vintage Madame Alexander pink striped Cissy dress is clean, complete and in extremely nice vintage condition. All buttons and snaps are solidly in place and work well. This is the 1956 City Shopper dress for the 20 Cissy doll with black belt and neck bow (the belt is tattered). The dress is tagged, and included are the cancan-type petticoat and matching panties. The petticoat has some age staining, and the waist elastic is stretched. Let me know any questions.
