Madame Alexander Dolls

This doll is like new, with her beautiful complexion that I believe is untouched, and her ballet costume that is original, complete, and in excellent condition. The flowers have retained their color. She is clean, tightly-strung, odor-free and without any fading. She has her original pearl earrings and they are in excellentllent condition. She has her original tights and ballet slippers. She holds a pose easily. Her hair is a beautiful, clean and shiny auburn in the original set. But the doll came through just perfectly. Shes gorgeous, but I never had Elises as a child and I have a few now but I just cant love them. Ill be listing them all in the next several weeks, along with clothes for them. The only issues I see with her, which I would consider minor ones, is a slightly lazy eye which goes away depending on how her head is set. Some of her lashes over that eye are bent a bit. Her flower headpiece elastic strap on one side has come loose from its staples so it is currently tied on one side to the headpiece. I think it can be restapled. The doll is in excellent condition no cracks or splits. She has nice coloring ruby lips, rosy cheeks, and clear blue eyes. She is the VHTF Pink Bride from 1959 pictured on page #14 of the “Elise Files”. Her dress is made of pleated nylon tulle, has an organdy lining and puff sleeves, with a Val lace trimmed bodice and pink satin sash at the waist. She also wears a tagged crinoline slip and pink taffeta panties. Her long veil is attached to a coronet of flowers and she carries a beautiful floral bouquet with pink satin ribbon streamers. She carries her original shoes which have silver bases and pink elastic that has relaxed. The doll has a formal wig style That is caught up in a spanner bar and turned under in the back. She is a lovely doll to add to your collection. There are no cracks or splits that I can see on the doll. Her dress is excellent condition. The elastic in the puff sleeves has relaxed but still displays nicely. She wears faux diamond earrings and ring, and a pearl necklace. The stand is not included. This is a 15″ Madame Alexander Disney “SLEEPING BEAUTY Elise style doll from 1959. She is the smaller version of the 1959 Disney 21 SLEEPING BEAUTY Cissy style doll. This doll is in excellent condition. She has high cheek color with gorgeous lips and blue eyes… Her lashes appear to be fine. Her golden yellow hair is still in original set with few flyaways.
